Modern hotel, close to the subway, excellent breakfast, staff very gentle.

We booked for 2 adults and 3 kids and I got 2 rooms as requested, but 4 beds. Apparently they consider a 4 year old child to be sleeping in bed with parents. If it was like that I wouldnt have asked 5 people stayng. When I asked to add one bed they said it was not possible. So we had to sleep in 3 in a king size bed. This is not the level of service I expect from a top notch 5 stars hotel.

Location, staff and facilities amongst the best in Tokyo. A true international hotel and the best we have stayed at during our extensive holiday in Japan.

When we dined at the French Michelin restaurant the staff described every dish in detail which deterred from just having the pleasure of enjoying it.

Excellent location v close to Tokyo Station and Maranouchi yet adjacent the Palace gardens, so very quiet and serene. We had an open view over the gardens. Excellent, comfortable room and very good bathroom. Good breakfast and dinner ie good restaurant with decent wine list. Excellent staff including wait staff in the restaurant and Housekeeping staff who took trouble to solve our IT compatability issues. Lovely decor with beautiful floral dis[lays and artwork.

Nothing! Though the 2 tier system at breakfast could have been better explained. Just regret I didn't have time to try the pool!

Beautiful property with exceptionally convenient location. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but connected to the Otemachi subway station so that anywhere in the city is just minutes away. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Facilities were gorgeous and definitely a place to see and be seen.

Breakfast service was a little slow.

Breakfast was 10/10. The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Localisation. Easy to catch a taxi. The room was very well prepared, and I liked the drapes - I could sleep easily.

I didn't like that there was a problem with paying by debit card. I have visited over 100 hotels in my life, and that was never a problem.

Great location overlooking the imperial gardens. Very friendly and helpful staff. I asked concierge to help me translate a Japanese website, they helped me promptly. Daily newspaper delivery!

The bed was too hard for my partner who found it pretty uncomfortable during the night. This isn’t a strong dislike because if we had notified the staff they may have assisted us.

Beautiful Palace, rooms are very comfortable with beautiful view on Imperial palace gardens. Very well located, nearby several subway stations enabling to visit easily main Tokyo key spots. Personnel is extremly helpful and welcoming. Cocktails are amazing ! Breakfast buffet offers a variety of excellent food - the best we had by far during our trip toJapan. Very nice fitness + swimming pool with a view over Ginza - a unique experience in itself !

Very disapointed by the Japanese restaurant Wadaqura -very expensive and the food was below average (we had the chance to eat amazing food during our trip in Japan, in expensive restaurants as well as street food).

Room is spacious. 45sqm is far enough for two people. Room is very clean and well maintained. It's next to the royal palace, there is a park and garden next to it within walking distance. Subway is right under the property that can bring you to the shopping area. Swimming pool is well organized to make sure each time zone limited people is using it to prevent from spreading of covid-19 I was very surprised and happy when my lost earring was found by a cleaning maid in my room. It's a tiny stuff, so I didn't expect it could be found in any circumstance.

Swimming time zone is only 45min. including shower time, a bit tight. So I had to take a shower in my own room. not really a problem but just a bit inconvenient.
