The hotel and the room were very clean, the breakfasts were very tasty and healthy! The view from the window was wonderful. Every other day they brought new towels, thank you very much! Very good washing machines and dryers. It was also nice that they provide free cosmetics, extra pillows, hygiene products and pajamas :)

The only thing that was difficult was the size of the room :( It was very difficult to be in a room with two suitcases

Location was within a convenient walk of several subway stops - we were able to get pretty much anywhere in Tokyo we wanted to go. The included breakfast was also convenient with enough variation over the days to keep it from getting boring. The free drinks in the evenings was very nice when returning after a day of exploring. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Would have liked a safe within the room to store valuables while out.

It’s located in a quiet street, close to the famous department store Mitsukoshi, and a walking distance to the subway. The room was clean and ok for a solo traveler. Breakfast was very good, especially the pastries! I liked the free drinks in the afternoon-evening. The restaurant and the evening personnel were very nice and helpful.

It was hard to communicate in English with the AM front desk person, but she tried to be helpful. Only one elevator for all the guests, the cleaning crew, etc. Sometimes it was crowded and/or had to wait a little longer, especially in the mornings. Not too many options for nice meals (restaurants) near the hotel.

If you're looking for a quiet part of the city on a budget, this is perfect for you. Staff were super kind and friendly. They had very good English but also all English instruction leaflets which helped communication. Quiet, clean with a lovely simple but tasty breakfast buffet. Very comfortable beds. We were exhausted from flying and trying to work the train system so arrived a bit early. We could have left our bags with reception but too tired and very welcoming staff let us rest in the small air conditioned lobby area before check in. Train stations 10-20 mins away depending on which you want to use and it's very easy to find on foot. It's a reserved quiet area with lots of restaurants/convenience stores and a few little public gardens to rest in. If you are a quieter tourist trying to be respectful you'll find everyone in the area is super polite and kind. I would not recommend coming here if you are a bit energetic etc though, go for a more lively part of the city **** If you're not used to Tokyo you might find the room a little small but you'll find that is a standard sized budget room (we hotel hop a lot). Unless you pay a lot of money you won't get a room much bigger, don't be too quick to judge. The overall rating should be higher on this hotel in our opinions but some reviews are a little unreasonable.

As a warning, early check in is expensive. Not necessary for most guests as you can leave bags with reception but we were so desperate to rest that we paid to enter the room early. Despite the room being ready and only being an hour before check in we were still charged close to £15. This shouldn't be a problem if you don't need early check in. ***Don't use early check in and the room fee is very reasonable for the standard of service and location imo

Breakfast was fine. We weren't used to some of the items offered for breakfast but there was a good selection to pick from and everything was good. The place was clean and we liked the extra items that were offered to us e.g. items that one may forget to bring with them like hand cream, etc. There was several restaurants close by.

The room was small but everything else was good.

Location of this place was very convenient (close to metro and train stations), next to it were some konbini and small restaurants. The japanese breakfasts were very tasty. We knew that reception will be closed at the time of our arrival but fortunately we got all the instructions how to enter rooms through Booking messages

Rooms and bathrooms were small but we somehow managed to stay a few days in there

I liked the complimentary beauty products. They had silicon-free shampoo, facial oil cleanser, all in one facial serum/moisturizer, bath salts, etc. specific specialty products that are appreciated. Also liked the green tea packets to take to my room. Lots of electrical outlets conveniently placed in the room. Phone charging outlet and light switches right in the headboard of the bed. I really enjoyed the daily breakfast which included Japanese and western food.

Although understandable, the coffee was a little bitter.

It is in an amazing area that is a little bit low key and a high end place to live. You can get just about anywhere in Tokyo in about 25 mins and have a relaxing place to chill without all the crowds of Shibuya, Shinjuku, or Akhibara. Highly recommend!

It was close to subway stations. The breakfast had a variety of options. It was very clean and we were given fresh towels everyday! It had a lot of free amenities and the happy hour was good too. The coin laundry was also a plus!!

Can’t think of anything bad!

Me and my partner have booked it for the last day before our flight because it is close to the airport and includes a shuttle service. The room very spacey, clean, modern, and had everything we needed. If we happen to come back to Tokyo, we are coming back here for sure!
