We stayed at another Tokyu Stay brand hotel in a different part of Tokyo so we decided to go with the same for the last part of our trip. Splurge for the washing machine in your room. Both times it saved us since we were not counting on the heat/humidity being so much in October. We ended up using the machine several times and were very glad to have it. The bathroom felt a little dated, but was still functional and clean.

The drying function of the washing machine in our room was like 4 hours long, so we had to plan accordingly. We ended up waking up in the middle of the night to loud alert sounds that our clothes were done because we couldn't quite figure out the machine settings - even with the provided "guide" and with Google lens.

Great location to access the nearby subway or 20-30 minute walk into Shinjuku area. Staff were very helpful and the rooms very clean and comfortable.

The room was a little warm and took a while to cool down at night.

Our room had everything including a microwave. kettle and washing machine (!!). The room was quite small for two people which is normal in Tokyo, but we had enough room fo open suitcases which is not always the case. The hotel was very quiet considering it's central location. Very close to the Nishi Shinjuku Gochome underground - less than a 5 minute walk, or about 25 minutes walk into central Shinjuku. Great free to use coffee machine in the reception.

Breakfast was included but not great. Basically cereals or a selection of items that could be microwaved in your room. I tried a croque monsieur which was inedible. Probably best to go elsewhere for breakfast. The free bean to cup coffee was great.

Central location and easy to walk from Shinjuku station if you don’t have heavy luggage. Need to travel 2 stations from Shinjuku JR by Toei metro to Nishi Shinjuku Gochome station. Close to parks and the Metropolitan tower from where you can view city skyline and Mt Fuji if you are lucky on a clear day. There are several convenient stores next to the hotel. Hotel room and showers are clean and tidy and have a washer cum dryer in the room which is very useful if you have a long stay. Not much of a breakfast at the hotel but you can eat the McDonalds and other local eateries next door. Staff are polite and helpful.

No complaints. Rooms are small but that is the case at all hotels in Tokyo.

The room was surprisingly large (for Japan) and well lit (both window and lighting. The bathroom was special: the best shower and water pressure I have experienced my memory. I especially appreciated the limited housekeeping: I am private and jet-lagged, and having service only one day out of the week was wonderful. I knew my papers and items would not be disturbed and really-- I don't need bed service or vacuuming every day.

The frozen breakfast is odd. Easily avoided because there are plenty of Convi stores and restaurants nearby, but odd.

The location is very good. Around hotel have many convenient stores and restaurants. It’s easy to find some food and buy something. The hotel closed to train stations and we went to Shinjuku street by walk and train. In my opinion, hotel and there do not more far.Also, the facilities in the room provide full options such as washing machines, microwave, or spoons-forks. Overall, this hotel is convenient for us and we will recommend!!

Tokyo Stay Nishi Shinjuku was an excellent choice for my trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and always welcoming. Facilities throughout the building were modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, cozy, and included a washing machine, which made traveling much easier. Clear English translations were available for all appliances and instructions, making everything simple to use. Its location near the train station meant quick access to the rest of the city. A beautiful nearby park provided a peaceful escape from the urban bustle. Overall, the convenience and comfort made for a fantastic stay.

It was genuinely difficult to find anything to fault during my stay, as every detail felt thoughtfully considered. As expected in Japan, the room was a little smaller than international standards, but it was cleverly designed to maximize space.

The location was great, very close to subway station and also several convenience stores nearby. The hotel is nice, staff is great.

The fan in the bathroom is automatic and runs 24 hours. There is no option to turn it off. If you are sensitive to noise, it may annoy you. It did.

Included in-room microwave, washing machine and untensil which stand out from a lot of other hotel. Staffs are helpful and take your words seriously. They cleaned my washing machine on the same day when I found there is some stain inside the drum. Will definitely stay here again in my future trip to Tokyo.

Have to move some furniture(2 chairs) to get enough space to open my baggages.

Lots of useful appliances in the bedroom, specially the excellent washing machine that worked like a charm. Location at a quiet zone in Shinjuku, yet ladled with restaurants and convenience stores , which was quite good.

The room is a bit tiny, opening and arranging our luggage required strategic effort. No bedside lights which means overhead lighting all the time in the room. The extra payment for breakfast isn't worth it, it's an overly complicated business which involves picking up things at the lobby, going back to your room and defrosting food in the microwave. You can even cook your own rice with a special machine, but this isn't practical when you don't have space in your room for two people to do it. It's much cheaper and easier to pick up something at the convenience store.
