We picked this hotel because we wanted one that is new, modern looking, and clean. And it was excellent!!! There was automated check in but we went to the counter staff and they were fabulous! Excellent staff -- from check in, to daily interactions, and to check out! The room has a good layout, making good use of a small space. We had ample space for ourselves, our suitcases and our shopping! We stayed for 8 nights so we had quite a bit of stuff in the room. The hotel provides clean towels and pyjamas daily. That's wonderful! There are 4 laundry machines which can do washing AND drying with detergent provided in small batches (1kg or 3kg). And we can see from our room which washing machine is available because there's an screen on the hotel TV for it. Very useful and convenient! The neighborhood of offices and local vibes are fabulous. Lots of small eateries for locals. Some had English menus. Those without English menus were still very obliging and we got by ordering by pointing at pictures and using Google Translate. Overall, we felt that eateries in Ningyocho area offered better value than in tourist areas like Shibuya, Asakusa, etc. Cos many of these local restaurants are locally owned, serving the office workers and families (there's an elementary school behind the hotel). We also see Japanese domestic tourists. Lastly, this hotel is in a great location. Nearest is Ningyocho station, but you can easily walk to 2 other stations nearby. So we were able to get to many different places, even to the outskirts of Tokyo from this hotel. BTW sidewalks here are fabulous for walking. So we walked from the hotel to Ginza (only about 30mins; Tsujiki would be about 49 mins walk) through the Nihonbashi area. Along the walk to Ginza, we checked out the shopping at Takashimaya, Meidiya, Mont Bell (Japanese camping gear).

Great modern hotel in very good location. The closest metro station is not even 5 minutes walk (and this line can go to the airports directly!). The location is very quiet, especially during the night, but still there are many restaurants in walking distance and 7/11 in front of the entrance. The room was great, comfortable beds, everything clean. It had decent size. When we didnt want housekeeping, they left us clean towels in front of the room everyday. The room was quiet, great soundproofing. The wifi is good. The breakfast was the highlight, different choices, everything fresh and tasty. You could choose between some western foods (eggs, sausages, french toast) or have asian style (rice, salmon, soup). It was great and very filling! It was the same everyday, but we didnt mind at all. The staff was super friendly and polite.

Not many things, just some minor ones. Eventhough the location is great, just Tokyo station is a little difficult to reach, we just ended up walking (20 mins) as it was the least amount of hustle. If you have a lot of suitcases, taxi would be the best choice I suppose. The pillows are very hard. There is no safe in the room.

Room is clean, bed is comfortable and location is good . The area has many eateries, convenience shops like Lawson/7 Eleven and Ningyocho metro is also nearby with easy access to anywhere including to Haneda airport. Staff is friendly . Breakfast is good and also like that the hotel has 4 washing machines for you to do your laundry. Availability of the washing machine and washing time remaining can be checked from the TV in the room.

Stayed in a deluxe twin room 21 sq m for 7 nights . Bathroom/toilet area is of reasonable size but find room space a bit tight. Room has a small cabinet with a fridge below and there is not much space to put anything on the cabinet top after you put the kettle and 2 cups on top. Also not much space to walk around or to open up our 2 luggages.

Spacious room, very neat and clean. This hotel had multiple washer dryer which was very convenient. Other hotels I stayed in Japan had 1 machine and I had to wait if someone else is using it. Also the room and washroom size was spacious compared to other hotels I stayed in Japan. Excellent location near the main shopping street, restaurants and metro station. I would like to particularly mention that their breakfast buffet was outstanding. The price for breakfast buffet was slightly higher than the usual 10-12USD at other hotels, but the breakfast was just excellent. Highly recommend it.

Small hotel room on a relatively quiet street, but it did the job for 2 nights in the inner city. Very close to train station, so easy to get around the city once you got the hang of it (there is always a friendly Japanese person wanting to help you out!). We were surprised with how light traffic was and hardly anyone on the streets! Good choice of restaurants nearby. Careful, when arriving from Europe, next morning last entry for breakfast is 9.30am on the dot so we almost missed out! FYI we took the train from the airport to this hotel, no probs at all!

The hotel is very conveniently located, with comfortable accommodations. Breakfast is well served and the staff both at the front desk and at the restaurant creates a pleasant environment. There is a subway station two blocks away and connecting with important destinations in town. As anywhere else in downtown Tokyo, there are convenience stores and affordable restaurants very close to the hotel. Ginza main stores and Tokyo Central train station are within walking distance and/or accessible through a short taxi ride.

Everything is ok.

Great Location, close to everything, less than 5 minutes walk to train station, trains to both international airports.

The pillow is quite firm. The laundry service could be improved—there are only four washing machines, which seems standard for most Japanese hotels. However, the hotel could manage this more efficiently by reducing the washer unlock time for unattended loads to 15–30 minutes. This would allow other guests to access the machines more easily, especially during peak holiday seasons.

The rooms are small but have everything you could need. There are free amenities in the reception. There are convenience stores all around and a subway stop is relatively close.

The hotel had only two elevators, and no stairs to use except for the fire escape, so going anywhere took a lot of waiting around, the elevators were often full and this just is not very practical. Pillows were quite hard, although we did sleep well anyways. There was a constant noise in the rooms from the fans/air conditioning that could not be turned off.

The location was fabulous as not in a very crowded location, which made for easier moving day with bags to the train station. There is a train station with an elevator to ground level (a little hard to find, but was able to ask the guy in the information booth) and only a 4-minute walk to the hotel, but as I found in Japan took us way longer to find exit's and the way out of train stations. There were many nice food options within a short 5-minute walk for walk a wee bit further 15 to 20 minute walk and there were even more very good food options. The amenities bar (if that's what it is called) was great and had a great selection for free. Liked the shower / bath room, being that you didn't need to step into the bath to shower and the heat and pressure were great.

The airconditioning was rubbish, if it even worked at all. Thankfully not the heat of summer during our visit, but it was getting warm and woke in a sweat a couple of nights. Elevators were a bit slow, but learnt came quicker if you pushed either both the up buttons or both the down buttons (depending which way you wanted to go). The decor was a wee bit bland. The pillows were terrible. If I was staying longer and was easily able to find a shop with pillows, I would have been tempted to buy my own, I've never felt I needed to do this on any of our many holidays and thankfully the next 2 hotels on our trip in Japan had great pillows.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and elegant like a 5-star hotel. You could take the amenities necessary to your room, including coffee and tea. The hotel lobby and room was very clean, quiet, and very good access to the metro also. (5min walk) We stayed at Shinjuku before this place, but next time we would skip Shinjuku as it’s too busy both in the city and station… much better to choose a hotel close to a more quiet station.

The bed was firm.
