Welcome Staff, Price, less than a 10 min commute to the Airport, room had everything we needed including plenty of outlets to charge our tech equipment, ordered from the onsite restaurant, food was great, would definitely stay again, excellent value for money.

room & hotel layout also the greenery on grounds location was perfect area seems to be well kept and maintained by staff members, staff members themselves always helpful and understanding as I was staying a month due to not having long term accommodation available to me, room size perfect 320-340 got the flat screen TV's in the rooms and looks more vip-ish to previous room 27 I stayed in, vending machine and free tea & coffee at reception was handy especially at night.

This is not a fancy hotel, but gave exceptional value. The location is superb: convenient to the airport, with a petrol station close in one direction (a significant consideration for those needing to return rental cars) and a major grocery store nearly as close in the other. The beds were comfortable, the desk more than adequate, and there were two chairs! The associated bar/restaurant was good, and parking was sufficient. The best part, though, was the customer service: the staff at reception were great, and their thoughtful help was very much appreciated by two weary travelers with mobility issues.

Room amenities are few.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, allowing you to take Bus 41 to Swords and reach the hotel without needing a taxi. The staff was very accommodating, allowing me to leave my carry-on and backpack when I arrived at 9:30 AM. The area is charming, with many pubs, restaurants, and a castle all within walking distance, and visiting the castle is free. I had my hair washed and conditioned at a local salon and enjoyed the best lunch at The Arch Pub. There were plenty of options for dining, drinks, and access to public transportation.

The front desk cleark told me the coffee at the reception area was free but on the day I was checking out. two days later, another person told me I had to pay 3 euros. I didn't like how she delivered the message.

We really liked the room. It was very clean, cozy, comfortable and peaceful. We felt completely rested. The staff is very kind and treats people well. An employee helped us find a bus stop. This is very important nowadays. This is how it is written in a wise book, the Bible: "The most valuable thing in a man is his loving kindness" (Proverbs 19:22@). God appreciates such kind people and has prepared a wonderful future for them without problems and suffering. Namely:" And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” (Revelation 21:4). There was not enough iron and hair dryer.

I'm a regular guest and always use booking .com to make my reservation because we're afforded some privileges that warrant being slightly more expensive than booking direct with travel lodge. As a Level 3 Genius member we are allowed to take our dog for free usually (this occasion we were unexpectedly charged an extra 20€). In addition we can settle the bill on arrival as opposed to advance payment which as a business traveller is more convenient for cash flow.

We were charged extra for our dog despite the fact we are Level 3 Genius Members and always give advance notice of the dog being with us and it's never been charged before.. although it's happening every now and then depending on staff.. we don't quibble as we are tired at this stage.

I used the hotel for one night because of disrupted flights in UK (I was flying from Amsterdam to UK and all flights to UK cancelled or badly disrupted for over 24hours. Dublin Airport and flights between Dublin and Liverpool were not disrupted). The hotel is 5minutes (Euro10 taxi ride) from Dublin Airport. Hotel room was spotlessly clean, bed comfortable, tea/coffee facility in room and met all my expectations. The staff in 24hour reception were spot-on i.e. very efficient, helpful and friendly. I was able to get a very early check out in the morning (checking in and checking out at the hotel is available 24hours). No hesitation of recommending the hotel for anyone using Dublin Airport. As to be expected, there are few other facilities local to the hotel but it has a restaurant on site which also provides breakfasts (breakfast can be included in cost of room and a breakfast box provided for early checkouts). For those travelling by car to the hotel, there is a free car park on site. Taxi service between airport and hotel works very effectively and travel time is about 5minutes.

Nothing. It was a haven of calm and order after a stressful day of disrupted flights.

The location was excellent; very close to the airport which was our main reason. (collecting family the next morning) There was ample parking and it was dog friendly too. The room was comfortable and perfect for 2 adults and a large dog. A kettle with tea/coffee was very appreciated and facilities were adequately clean for an older property. Many shopping/restaurants were within walking distance (although the roundabout was scary to cross at busy times) There was just enough greenery to toilet the dog as well.

The walls were a touch thin so everyone knew when other guests arrived late at night or leaving very early. There was nothing at fault.

The staff was extremely helpful. I asked if I could check in earlier than 12pm as we were arriving from a 6 hour overnight flight with our 9 month old baby around 9am. They said that they couldn't guarantee it but would try their best. We arrived and got a room immediately. By experience, I can say that it is not the case for every hotel. The staff is great and helped us carry our numerous travel bags and stroller to the room. The rooms are very clean, quiet, and the location is great. I highly recommend for families with babies.

There is nothing I didn't like. Maybe for families with babies having bigger trash cans for nappies would be more convenient.

Stayed here as we were travelling to Canada via Dublin, so spent an extra day to explore Dublin. Hotel was convenient for the airport, quiet & comfortable. Staff were very obliging & friendly. Excellent food & drink available withing walking distance.

Ability to buy a bus ticket for use on the local bus services at reception. You can only use a pre bought bus ticket on the local services into the city centre (and unable to use card or cash on the bus) & there was nowhere locally to buy such tickets - we had no choice but to use a taxi - a lot more expensive!
