Lovely, well maintained rooms, well appointed. Well insulated, we heard nothing even though it is located at the airport. Needed a room to sleep in the area because of a very early flight overseas. This is the way to go, it is perfect. The staff is impeccable and professional. Easy check in and easier check out. We ate at the hotel restaurant and we had large portions ( very good). I will stay there again.

Our flight departed at Terminal two and the hotel is at terminal one; but we were earlier than the train started at 05:00 am). After a quick recce, we found out that the bus shuttle was located just below the hotel … and was great because it runs 24hrs, although at reduced frequency. All in all problem solved.

Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel can be reached without going outside of a building. There is a bridge between the airport and the train station with direct access to the hotel. Depending on your walking speed, you can reach the baggage drop-off points in less than 5 minutes. The breakfast is excellent, but it has its price. Besides the bed and a big bathroom, I had a big flat screen and desk for working.

a very conveniently located hotel for short stays in Frankfurt when arriving and leaving by plane. The rooms are fine, not fancy, but the beds are very comfortable and the Sheraton has information for those who need to get into Frankfurt city. Also on site restaurants and all hotel facilities. Thanks to the Sheraton for the emailed instructions on finding the hotel from terminal 1 as otherwise it may have been rather difficult.

The rooms were not fancy but were clean and had tea/coffee. It didn't really feel like a Sheraton (no mini bar etc, not very special). We didn't have the breakfast as it was very expensive. You can actually either go to the bar to get coffee/pastries, or a 1 minute walk into the walkway to the terminal there is a much better value pastry and coffee counter.

For some reason they block CNN on the tv. Also in spite of the fact that several people were waiting in line to check in, the one (very slow) receptionist didn't go ask for a colleague to come assist.

I reached out to the reception and asked if I could stay for an additional hour, offering to pay for the extra time, but I was told no. However, when I checked out, I spoke with the duty manager, Mr. Vanja, about not feeling well and having several hours before my flight. He kindly allowed me to stay for two more hours at no charge. This thoughtful gesture makes a significant difference for anyone in my situation. Kudos to the team! Your hotel will definitely be my first choice in the future. Thank you!

Very close to the Airport Terminals. Roll your luggage and walk to the check in counter. Very clean modern, large room. Well lit. Good place to conduct business. Very helpful and respectful, professional staff at check in/out.

Small suggestion. The rooms have vinyl tiles. Looks modern and clean. Much better than carpet. As clean as they look, they do not show the dust and dirt from the street. Not sure if your room cleaning folks mop the floors after check out. Mine was not. It would keep the traveller;s feet and socks clean if wiped It should not take more than 3 minutes to mop the floor, if that...

I enjoyed speaking with the highly proficient staff. When you travel, it is a nice idea to pay close attention to the staff. It shows respect for them and you just might learn something. For example, the Sheraton check-in featured a very pleasant Greek gentleman, and I learned something from him about Greek culture and the economy of Greece. And dinner was handled by a Vietnamese woman who was proficient in Vietnamese, German, and English--at the very least. The staff has migrated long distances to work in the Frankfurt Airport, which is explained by the good work opportunities in the area.

I think that better signage for the skyway from the Frankfurt airport over to the hotel area would be useful. Sheraton provided a video guiding guests over to the hotel, but I still think that signage once in the airport would be helpful.

The location (accessible by covered walkways to the airport terminals and train stations) is fantastic after a long haul flight arrival. Almost all the staff I encountered were super friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Carolina Bart. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It's nice that you can access some shops etc and there are many dining options.

I love having non-carpeted rooms but(!) it does make it a little noisy (noise from room above). There seemed to be a focus on the time you were anticipating check-out and your card is set to the time you indicate during checkin (this wasn't explained). I had to get my card reset as I was a little later than I had indicated on checkin (but well before official checkout time, 2.5 hrs hours before in fact) and the staff member was rude. Checkout time is 12 noon, so set the cards to that time. If people leave earlier, have a system so housekeeping knows the room has been vacated (like most hotels do).

The hotel is very convenient, right at the airport. The room was comfortable. However, our shower didn’t work—no water came out! This happened around 9:30. It took about 30 minutes for someone to come. Guest Services were slow to react. It took several phone calls before someone appeared. We reported this to the front desk when we checked out as we were tired last night and wanted to get to bed. The person behind the desk was understanding and offered us a free breakfast in compensation. We don’t understand how the cleaning staff could miss that the shower wasn’t working. .
