Lovely, well maintained rooms, well appointed. Well insulated, we heard nothing even though it is located at the airport. Needed a room to sleep in the area because of a very early flight overseas. This is the way to go, it is perfect. The staff is impeccable and professional. Easy check in and easier check out. We ate at the hotel restaurant and we had large portions ( very good). I will stay there again.

Our flight departed at Terminal two and the hotel is at terminal one; but we were earlier than the train started at 05:00 am). After a quick recce, we found out that the bus shuttle was located just below the hotel … and was great because it runs 24hrs, although at reduced frequency. All in all problem solved.

Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel can be reached without going outside of a building. There is a bridge between the airport and the train station with direct access to the hotel. Depending on your walking speed, you can reach the baggage drop-off points in less than 5 minutes. The breakfast is excellent, but it has its price. Besides the bed and a big bathroom, I had a big flat screen and desk for working.

a very conveniently located hotel for short stays in Frankfurt when arriving and leaving by plane. The rooms are fine, not fancy, but the beds are very comfortable and the Sheraton has information for those who need to get into Frankfurt city. Also on site restaurants and all hotel facilities. Thanks to the Sheraton for the emailed instructions on finding the hotel from terminal 1 as otherwise it may have been rather difficult.

The rooms were not fancy but were clean and had tea/coffee. It didn't really feel like a Sheraton (no mini bar etc, not very special). We didn't have the breakfast as it was very expensive. You can actually either go to the bar to get coffee/pastries, or a 1 minute walk into the walkway to the terminal there is a much better value pastry and coffee counter.

Location is excellent and the service and facilities are great

They are ALWAYS hugely understaffed at check-in. It is really terrible! Lines of 50 people and more are very common and it is a HUGE detriment to this hotel if you check in takes 30 minutes or morw. I usually prefer booking the Hilton Garden Inn because they are much better staffed and check in is always quick. I still do not understand why hotels take so long to check customers in instead of having a process via app where they can just pick the key out of a lock box with a pre-code. it is is silly!

Excellent location. Be forewarned though that Signage in the airport isn’t great and you may need to ask directions, especially if you come in from a terminal other than T1. Very comfortable room and very good buffet breakfast.

The check-in was surprising slow for an airport hotel. I stayed on two succeeding weekends and on both, there were continuous queues throughout the day at the counters. Not a big deal, but after 17 hours of flying yet another queue is unwelcome. Also beware that you have to pay a separate 2 euro room tax on checkin even if you have prepaid your rebooking online. (This last isn’t the hotel’s fault).

I reached out to the reception and asked if I could stay for an additional hour, offering to pay for the extra time, but I was told no. However, when I checked out, I spoke with the duty manager, Mr. Vanja, about not feeling well and having several hours before my flight. He kindly allowed me to stay for two more hours at no charge. This thoughtful gesture makes a significant difference for anyone in my situation. Kudos to the team! Your hotel will definitely be my first choice in the future. Thank you!

The location is perfect. When we fly in and out of Germany, we need a room the night we arrive, and the night before our departure. The Sheraton is not only convenient, it is also comfortable and attractive.

We usually don’t have time for breakfast, because we have an early flight, so I did not sign up for the breakfast plan. We woke up very early, so decided to dine at the hotel. When we went to the restaurant, we had a minor embarrassing moment where we appeared to be turned away because our name wasn’t on the list. I commented that it was strange that I wasn’t allowed to buy breakfast. At that point the staff told me if I wanted breakfast it would cost $35 per person, which I stated was acceptable. It might have been nice, if when my name wasn’t on the prepay list, they would have merely stated that fact and told me I had to pay, instead of appearing to turn me away.

had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton hotel at Frankfurt International Airport. The hotel delivers exactly what you'd expect from an airport hotel: clean and comfortable rooms, a cozy bed, and a well-equipped bathroom with all the necessary amenities. There are several on-site restaurants and bars, offering plenty of options for dinner and drinks without having to leave the building. The guest profile is mostly travelers catching a flight the next day, which adds to the practical and transit-friendly vibe. A bonus is the shopping mall located just below the hotel. It includes a grocery store for last-minute purchases and other useful spots like a bakery and small shops. I also appreciated the late checkout time (until 12:00 noon), which made my departure day a lot more relaxed. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable experience.

I chose Sheraton because of its location relative to the airport. We were able to get a good price, not cheap but we needed a good hotel where we could have a good rest after a trip to Bulgaria and before our flight going home the next day. I said not cheap (for a hotel in Germany) but compared to the hotels in my country, it is way cheaper, maybe 35% cheaper. I was really surprised with the rates. And we were given an upgrade to Marriott Hotel at the other side of the building. Lovely room, spacious room, bath tub, good sound proofing. Breakfast was shared with Sheraton/Marriott guests. Breakfast was good but too crowded for me. The receptionists are the best people, also the restaurant/coffee shop personnel. All smiles, very helpful, courteous and attentive. Food at the resto/cafe was good, big servings too. The T1/T2 bus stops right in front where the long escalator is located.

Bigger breakfast area perhaps or maybe more breakfast counters.
