Location: Almost opposite to the west exit. It is not only connected to the railway station (JR & Shinkansen), it is just opposite to the bus terminal (city & out of city) and subway station is also just across the street. Restaurant: There is one on the basement and the prices looked reasonable though I didn't have a chance to try it. Also, it is connected to the shopping malls too, so it makes shopping super convenient.

Breakfast: More of less the same and it was pretty crowded. Only one machine for green tea and it happened that it was empty real quick. I stayed there for 8 nights.

This hotel is easily accessible from the covered path from Hakata station - there is even a lift / staircase that leads right to the entrance of the hotel. There is a combini in front of the hotel too so it is convenient if you need any last minute snacks and don't want to go to the malls. The onsen was very comfortable. I appreciated the ice dispensing machine for me to keep my drinks cold. The room was dated but it was clean, cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was a good spread and variety too! I liked that the hotel was quiet and there was little disturbance from the malls and roads.

Connected to Hakata station via an covered overpass which has an escalator, elevator, and stairs. The hotel entrance is next to the stairs. The covered overpass connects to Hakata station, Hakata bus station, and KITTE which makes shopping so convenient. Hotel's breakfast was delicious and onsen was smaller but still enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The location, breakfast, and room were all good and met expectations. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. They also arranged for my luggage to be sent via takubin on my return trip home.

Onsen felt very old and not well-maintained. The locker room for the onsen was very small and difficult to use if there were any other people using it. I was disappointed with how loud and disruptive travelers were in neighboring rooms. They propped their doors open, talked and yelled loudly between rooms and while walking down the hall beyond 11pm or 12am and woke me up. I hope in the future that the staff can remind travelers of quiet hours and inform international tourists what is considered proper manners in Japan.

Excellent location in Hakata. Closest hotel to the bus terminal and next to one of the subway exits which also connects to train station. Breakfast has a good range of choices. Coffee machine at lobby level for free coffee. Onsen in the basement. Good value for money.

Onsen gets quite crowded. Breakfast could perhaps start at 6:30 rather than 6:45 as the first Airport bus leaves at 6:55.

This property is in a very good position being close to all public transport. Fukuoka was also a very nice city to visit. As with most Japanese cities it has great transport but also very walkable. Great gardens and cultural sites. Anyone visiting Fukuoka should also consider consider taking train trips to some cities a few hours away by train. I stayed in Nagasaki for 6 days on a previous visit to Japan this year I went there for a "day trip". Also went to Kagoshima. If you have time and are willing to sit on train for a while there are places to try on most lines.

Located very near to Hakata station, just across an overhead bridge. Breakfast was super crowded and the dining area just like a canteen. Some guests just leave their dining utensils on table after breakfast and staff have to clear them. 👍 for the staff. Skip our next day breakfast.

I like my room because I can see the view outside and it closes to station

it is better if I know in advance that there is a hotel tax of 200 yen, I want their more service mind and active. I think they can make it better, but I entirely understand that there are a lot of people at that time

Even though there are many guests every day, there is still plenty of food with a variety of delicious options. The front desk is also well-managed and can accommodate any guest inquiries.

10min walk to hakata station.

It took 2 staff to come to my room to switch the ac from heater to ac function. 1st staff was not familiar with the remote control, told me only heating function and I have to open the window to let cool air in. The 2nd managed to resolve the ac problem
