May 16 was a very horrible day when I came home This is the day of the Tornado In the city I had know were to go my daughter stayed with a friend and I was displaced from my home no electricity for 4days I took your last room available I appreciate it

The privacy,it was everything I had hope to have. The staff were helpful when needed and definitely will stay again when it's needed.

The washer was really bad it needed to be serviced, it had a bad oder, so we had to go else where to use washing machine.

The room was big and clean and I had a wonderfully large pool

I had a question to ask the front desk after we were checked in in our room. I had to wait for a gentleman checking in three rooms. And it took just forever. I am a patient person but this was ridiculous. I was there for almost 25 minutes and there were three people behind me. I finally had to leave. They were severely understaffed at the desk.

Bed was comfortable. Room was nice and clean with a pleasant smell. Breakfast bar was tasty and better than expected. I think the breakfast bar was so successful because of the friendly and diligent attendant, she did a great job! Good selection of hot food.

Carpets in public areas need replacement and the hall had a strange smell.

I really liked the location. The hotel was really clean and the layout was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully come back in the spring.

I really can't find anything negative to say. I was here for 3 nights and 4 days. Probably parking was a small issue. I think there is a large night club in front and the hotel is on the side kinda strange.

We loved the safe location, parking on all sides, nice and helpful employees. It was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The pool was a nice size with plenty of chairs. They have several outside seating options as long with bean bag games. It is right off interstate. They have a great size mini fridge and microwave In each room and carpet was clean inside room.

Didn't like smoke seating was near the door ( I don't know if it is a designated spot or if people just choose it)

friendly staff, especially the gentleman at the front desk, good breakfast, very clean, comfortable beds.

Minor things; no idea what channels were on the tv, the guide on the tv was ineffective and there was no sheet listing channels In our Room 443, the plug on the lamp doesn’t work so I had to move nightstand to access the wall receptacle to charge my things.

Overall, it was nice. The room was clean. The manager, Alvin, was very attentive in handling an incident involving the bed in the room.

There was a metal piece sticking out of the side of the bed that I cut my ankle on. The mattress was hard. There were some obvious remodeling flaws. Some of the bathroom fixtures were not secured properly.

I like how quit it was in the property and around. Felt safe with my 5y/o daughter. Everything was nice and clean staff was wonderful and helpful. I’ll definitely be returning to this location next trip to the area
