I absolutely loved the breakfast! It was on point! Maybe because they had an ongoing conference at the same time as our visit - is the reason for the excellence, taste and accommodations of the breakfast - but it was really good! The location was great as it was walking distance from the main street and shoppes. The room had a nice side view from the window of the mountains.

I thought the room could be a little bigger. I've stayed at Embassy Suites in CO and the room was a little bigger with a separate area for the living room, but it was a good size room. The bathroom was up to date as well.

Location was great for what we were doing (there for a show) We were able to walk. Room was nice for 2 people sharing.

I think over $400 is a little steep for a 1 night stay. Yes it is embassy suites I get that, we stayed in Embassy suites in Honolulu and it was 395 a night. But we needed the room and it was Hawaii after all. Suggestion: embassy suites is a nice more upscale hotel, for those of us, which is probably most people, that love their morning coffee, but do not like to use a pod coffee maker, a large pot/urn of coffee on each floor at a central location, possibly near the elevator, would be a fantastic idea

Location is very good, the bathroom is big, facilitites are good. Breakfast is quite good as well, with a machine to make your own waffle. Kids loved it.

When we got there, the pull-out sofa was not made for the kids. We pulled it out and asked the hotel to make it (there was no sheets and no additional towels for the kids) and went out for dinner. When we came back, the sheets and towels were there, but the bed was not made. On the following day, they didnt replace the soap and we went out of it during shower.

Spacious suites are great for families. Breakfast was excellent, really above and beyond our expectations. Free snacks and waters on arrival, two free drinks every evening. Friendly staff and walkable to many restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Valet parking was pricey but with free breakfast and drinks it was worth it

My wife and I came to Asheville for a small weekend trip, and from the first arrival we knew we were in for a treat. The staff were not only friendly, but always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Our pet, who is absolutely adorable but too shy, felt good enough to run up to the staff for a treat or a pet. He even got pet of the week! The bar, where you receive two free cocktails every night of your stay, had a friendly feel to it and the bartenders were always up to chatting or making that perfect drink. The pool is super clean and was almost empty when we swam. The two room suite is out-of-this world!! Breakfast saved us a TON of money by not going out. It's literally like a buffet you'd pay $10 a person for and it's free! If you couldn't tell, my wife and I rarely get to come on trips. This hotel made us feel like we were worth a million bucks. Now, if we ever get enough money to come back WE WILL! Memories were made here and the place truly felt like a resort. Thanks for the great stay!

The hotel was in a perfect location to walk around Asheville and it is a lovely city to explore, we really enjoyed it there. The free drinks and snacks in the evening was a lovely surprise and the lobby and bar space is lovely and big. Breakfast is plentiful with made to order omlettes. The rooms are large and comfortble, the rooftop bar is gret, great view, and the whole hotel is super clean. Staff are friendly too.

Listing on booking said crib available upon request. But the request was denied, they said they had no cribs. I tried through the app to ask about a pack and play, but got no response. Had to call to complain, and found out that they do have pack and plays available. Recommend they either update the listing or teach their people how to respond better to a crib request.

Cleanliness, location, free drinks in the afternoon, clean & chilled bottle filler, very nice and clean rooms. Plumbing fixtures, shower, all nice. Bed. TV’s. Also breakfast as well! Made to order omelettes & eggs. I would totally come back here to spend more time.

Everything was amazing. Very clean and comfortable enviroment.

Brand new hotel. So wires in lighting etc is still needing a touch up. The toilet didnt have enough water pressure to flush every time you needed to flush. Everything was brand new and I don't think anybody had ever been in the room we were staying in.

Very clean and walking distance to many restaurants. They offered us water, and one complementary drink from the bar per night.

Valet mandatory. We were not able to park our car, and had to ask the valet attendant for our keys to bring, or pick up things from our car.
