When arriving and going to check in the front desk lady told me that the manager upgraded our room and it was nice my boyfriend was like this like a little apartment. There was places that we could walk to and shop. The hotel was clean and smelt nice in the lobby.

When I checked in it was last and the front desk clerk was so friendly, got us checked in efficiently, and even gave my son and I the suite. It was so spacious which he loved and comfortable. It was in a great location off Independence, close to everything. Would stay here again and hopefully get to have the free breakfast. The lobby smelled lovely Everytime you walked in.

Could have been a little cleaner, hair on the furniture and a light odor. The shower curtain didn't keep the water in the shower and kept sliding.

The location, low price , pleasant & professional staff ! The clerk Barbara was very efficient & helpful when I fell in the parking lot, & she called 911 for me,comforted me & stayed with me until the EMTs arrived! I am very grateful for Barbara's quick action in calling 911 4 me & keeping me safe & helping me! Thank you, Barbara!

The side exit near my room was kept locked & inconvenient because I am disabled with a service dog & so, it was difficult for me to walk further to unload my vehicle & take my Service Dog when she needed to outside!

The bed was extremely comfortable, the water pressure and tempurature were good, and the breakfast was excellent. I interacted with multiple front desk staff and they were all very friendly, helpful, and quick. The room itself was massive.

The only (minor) complaints I could have were that the wifi seems to disconnect daily (or maybe after a few hours of inactivity) regardless of length of stay, and that the finishes were quite dated within the room. Additionally, the heater in the room, which includes a thermostat adjustment with an accurate ambient tempurature display, seemed to continue heating beyond the set tempurature. I know for certain that the thermostat issue was limited to the suite I was occupying, as I have not encountered that issue in the past.

It was very quiet and clean. Super comfortable, the bed was great! The staff was really nice and professional and very accommodating.

A group of people one night were playing really loud rave music in one of the adjacent rooms, and one guy was clapping really loudly in the hallway. It was super weird, but it was the only time in my 3 night stay at this location that I was annoyed by a loud guest, or that I was annoyed with anything regarding this lovely hotel at all.

The location was perfect and right in the middle of where I wanted to be. I was close to the specialty shopping I wanted during the afternoon and then had a great restaurant to meet old friends for dinner right across the parking lot. My room had a large refrigerator (that wasn't mentioned on booking.com) for drinks and leftovers. Wonderful stay all around. Highly recommend!)

I have family living in the Charlotte area that don’t have a guest room so I stay in a hotel during my visit. This was my third stay and I will continue to use this hotel in the future. The staff is very friendly including housekeeping, check-in has always been quick and cleanliness of the room is tops. There is a full hot breakfast from yogurt to bacon, eggs, pancakes and waffles. Cleanliness, friendliness and a great price are excellent reasons for returning.

Our reservation was for only one night. The room was clean and comfortable. We chose the two queen bed option. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good: pancakes, sausage and bacon, eggs, toasting station, grab and go section and juices. You will eat enough! The location was close to major roads and local thruways so a good communication to and from our reason for being there. And it’s right next to a wonderful Mexican restaurant that you can walk to. A very good stay!

The only complaint was the coffee. E we didn’t care for it and went elsewhere for that.

The breakfast was good, not a gourmet meal, but it was really good. The staff that work in that area was absolutely amazing.

I think the only problem that I had was that there weren't enough tiles, and washcloth for me and my guest. However, when I went to the front desk to get more, there was absolutely no issue. The staff did an amazing job with supplying my needs..

this area was really nice, there were stores and some food places that were walking distance from the hotel. the room was really clean. the staff was really nice. i had booked a king room & when i arrived, i was told my room was upgraded to a suite, which was really nice because it was my birthday weekend! will stay again next time i’m in charlotte!
