Everything was fine except the room next door. These people were up and partying 🙄 until 4am. I could hear them through the walls but I had to put the AC on continuous fan to block out there noise so that I could sleep. And then during the day they would put out the (do not disturb) sign on there door.

Breakfast was good all the days we were there 😋 but I would prefer it lasted until 10am instead of 9am

I loved the location! It's close to everything! The beach is only 10mins away. So many shopping excursions and restaurants are within walking distance if you want to take a nice stroll. The staff was pleasant. We had one issue but it wasn't serious enough for a bad rating. I love staying here and will again.

I'd like more breakfast choices. It was good but just would've liked more options and more patience from the staff as guests were just trying to finish up. Even if it's a little after the close time, if guests are just sitting out of the way the staff shouldn't be rude to them. Never had that happen anywhere b4. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

Front desk staff person was horrendous when it came to customer service. Our room 203 had a smoke detector started beeping at 2 am every 10 minutes all night. When I told the same front desk person, she did not even acknowledge our presence. She just said ok and continued with her task at hand. Rude and impersonal.

Having a defective life-saving device malfunction at 2 am until we checked out at 11;36 am today

Well it is an older property they do a very good job of keeping it in good repair and in great shape. Everything was in working order and clean. Very good sized rooms and very useful amenities. Especially for the price and the location was perfect for the area lots of nearby attractions and convenient. Breakfast was decent.Free Wi-Fi.

I loved the location and how close we were to everything. There was also great customer service by a very nice man Joseph. My daughter and I came down for breakfast a little after it was over and there were still some items left, he even made her a couple waffles personally and was just very nice and accommodating, especially considering he was trying to clean up but he honestly didn’t mind at all and to top it off, he also was very accommodating to my mother too by making her a fresh cup of coffee. His customer service and just how pleasant he was, was just so refreshing. I hope they realize they are so lucky to have such a nice man working for them. God bless him. We will definitely be back and we hope he is still there!! Yall really need to hang on to him seriously.

Trying to find the hotel was a disaster. we drove around in a circle for an hour looking for it. It would be a big help if a sign was placed on the roadside near the entrance way indicating the location.

Trying to find the hotel. The furniture is outdated and old. Please update. The price per night was a little high. I really thought for the price per night, I was getting more up to date facility.

The breakfast service and choices were excellent compared to other similar hotels. The kitchen/service staff were terrific. Overall a clean comfortable hotel in a good location with restaurants across parking lot.

The hotel needs some updates including the common areas such as hallways and elevator. The bathroom needs a few easy upgrades. The bed pillows were tiny.

The breakfast was yummy and they kept everything filled. The location was great! Out of the chaos but close to everything. The guy at the front desk (John?) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. When we went to check in, we actually asked about changing rooms to be on the first floor and it was the strangest thing lol when he changed our room and gave us the key I almost fell on the floor because he put us in room 143 and then my family that means I love you so to me that was a sign that my angels were with us. I would definitely stay there again!

The only thing that could make it better would be if they had bacon on the breakfast bar lol

The staff was always helpful and friendly. Love the location it was very convenient great restaurants shopping and it was close to the beach.

Everything was nice. I would just say maybe add bacon back to the breakfast menu. We had sausage almost every day, but everything was amazing. Also, would say the parking was a little different and not being able to see the lines on the pavement.
