It was good

In the last dau of our stay with my girlfriend, at 4:30 in the morning someone tried to open our door and even made it and get in the room. This cost a lot of fear in my girlfriend as she started crying because she was very frightened. This is not a pleasant experience for both of us. Pleae male a contact with me as soon as possible so i can create a claim.

It was like expected. The room was fine, the distance from the metro is short. I can only recommend it!

The accomodation should be with included breakfast and parking. Even if the parking is additionally charged, it should be lower I think.

Reception staff was not attentive at all, they did not even bother to greed us, they only pointed at self check in terminals.

Good location, good room, coffee machine

The level of cleanliness is not satisfactory. One day the room was partially cleaned, without garbage removal (on the grounds that the cleaning button was not pressed). When I contacted the reception, no apology was received.

The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of the city, but it's easily reachable by public transport (metro/bus), just 1 metro station away from the train station that takes you to the airport. The area is quiet, to me it felt safe, we walked at 3am to the train station to get an early flight out and felt safe to walk to the train station. The hotel itself consists of two blocks, one has reception, the other is just the rooms. We stayed at level 2, room facing the street, and had no issues with noise at all, couldn't hear any of the neighbors either. The room (standard double) was decent size, the bed large enough, the bathroom big and clean, the shower actually big enough for 2 persons, plenty of space around the sink to keep toiletries/makeup. I really appreciate having plugs at both sides of the bed for charging phones. The mini fridge cools well, coffee machine good for both making fresh coffee from pods, or hot water for tea (bit loud though, when it starts working).

My main issue (but personal preference, i guess), the bad was too tall. I'm not a tiny person, but it felt every time i have to climb up to the bed, out of question to just sit on it. Also, the bed itself a bit too hard for my liking, but again, it could be just personal preference. In the bathroom, i would have liked to have a couple of spotlights to face the mirror or from the mirror, applying makeup was quite difficult because of the lack of proper lights. There were only 3 hangers in the room. There are shelves to keep your clothes, but i would have appreciated a few more hangers.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is very convenient—just 5 minutes from the metro station. The metro runs very frequently, and it takes only 15-20 minutes to reach the city center. The neighborhood is quiet, away from the noisy center of Amsterdam. Even though there are construction sites nearby, it wasn’t noisy at all. The room had everything I needed: a coffee machine, a fridge, and, most importantly, air conditioning! The staff were very friendly and helpful. One day, I ran out of shower gel and coffee, so I asked the reception to replenish them, and they provided everything right away. Another great advantage is the luggage storage service, which allowed me to leave my bags before check-in and after check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

Pillows.

The location is good, near the metro station. Quite place.

The room was cold. The staff was not so friendly.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the metro and an Ikea, which made getting around and grabbing essentials easy. The self check-in and check-out process was straightforward and efficient. In the lobby, there was a microwave available for guest use, which came in handy. The room had a working, adjustable air-conditioning unit that kept the space comfortable. Wi-Fi was consistently fast, and the shower was spacious with strong water flow, which added to the comfort of the stay.

The main issue was the pillows—they were too soft, small, and lacked structure, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Improving the quality and size of the pillows would make a noticeable difference in overall comfort.

Having entered the hotel hall, we were quite pleased with the seating options across the reception. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room lived up to our expectations and it was very clean. The location wasn't anything impressive, but for others who'd like to know, it is a 15-minute walk to Bijlmer Station from the hotel. The staff also did us a favor by letting us leave our bags after check-out and come to pick them up later. As we were still in the city on the day of check-out, we'd get tired of carrying around our bags, so thank you for the convenience.

The bathroom smelled like sewage at random moments and there was a lack of cutlery available in the hotel room. It would have been nice to have some wooden forks or spoons.
