The welcome bottle of port wine and the plate with fruit and muesli as a present for regular Double Tree be Hilton guest. Everyday fresh water in the room.

It was the worst Double Tree by Hilton I have ever visited. The room was quite old and used. Not possibility to open the window, so the humidity was quite high. Small breakfast room, so one day we were offered to sit in the room nearby lobby and to walk for meals through the corridor. The choice of food was nothing exceptional, rather poor. The hotel deducted the deposit from my account and haven’t payed back yet, even after writing them to confirm whether everything was ok and when I will get the deposit back.

Staff were so helpful; bed was really comfortable, location ideal.

I think the choice of black colours for hallways and decor are awful. Very dull & dreary. Hotels can be quite lonely places and the black colour choices added a dull atmosphere. The heavy black glass door to the bathroom was treacherous. The mirrors in the bathroom , doubling and tripling everything were quite confusing. Who ever chose the colors and materials should be fired. Also, the closet doors were installed wrongly- the poor excuse for handles should be replaced and installed on the other sides. For example- When you open the closet next to the bed side table- it knocks everything off the table ! Not very user friendly!

Once this was latest and most fashionable way of designing hotel and today , some 20 years later, looks a bit out of style and a bit pretentious. Apart of that -good service, clean rooms and nice knowledgable staff. Maybe this is the place for a bit older generation still enjoying "the design".

Basically nothing to be disliked - this hotel is really matter of taste. Gym space is more gimmick than real space where you can do proper training.

I loved the staff at reception and at the restaurant. they were very welcoming and provided excellent service.

The bathroom was small and the bathroom sink was too close to the door which made it awkward walking into and out of the bathroom particularly in a hurry. The air conditioner was also quite noisy but once I was asleep it didn't keep me awake.

We had booked 2 rooms here. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Great breakfast in the hotel with lots of options and worth the extra. Beds and rooms were comfy and well supplied with bottled water daily and fridge. Location was perfect for walking around the city with restaurants and pharmacy nearby. Price was reasonable for time and location.

Color scheme like many others have mentioned was odd but didn't bother us too much.

There is an assortment of food for breakfast and friendly staff to serve. Overall team at DoubleTree is very professional and made the stay very enjoyable.

Bedroom had a modern design but some furniture started showing it's age and may require an update.

The buffet breakfast was amazing. Large variety of hot and cold food to choose from. Very clean and modern restaurant and helpful and friendly staff. The room was very clean and modern and the hotel bar had a great atmosphere.

My room was above the outside covered bar area and the noise of the people talking and laughing travelled.

Comfortable bed and pillows, nice room with all the amenities provided, lovely little terrace. Staff were amazing, very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They really take the hotel from good to great. Breakfast was good, sufficient options, good quality and kept well stocked for the entire shift.

Everything was great except the shower. Shower over the bath very awkward to turn on and no grab handle to help you step in or out, slippery. There is a grab handle but it's at the back next to the taps so pretty pointless.

The hotel is close to the city and main attractions. What makes this hotel even better is their warm welcome and quick and excellent service. The gym is fairly small, but enough to do a quick workout before heading out or in the evening. Location wise, the hotel is near a small food court/shopping centre in case you crave some snacks. The theme of the hotel room is luxurious and the lights are great as well. Everything was working and the room gets cleaned every day and quick.

The gym is small, but that's not a big issue.
