I had a fair experience staying at Razana Al Rawadha Hotel in Makkah. The overall ambiance and facilities were good. Here are the somethings I liked during my stay - The room size was perfect. - The hotel is well-equipped with facilities that add to the convenience. I particularly appreciated the barber shop within the hotel, which saved me from the congestion at barber shops near the Haram. - The option to pay for dinner and breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was a plus. The food was fine, and the prices were reasonable, offering great value for money. - The coffee shop on the ground floor was a wonderful addition.

While the hotel itself was fine, the location was a major drawback that negatively impacted my stay. - The advertised proximity to the Haram was misleading. Despite the shuttle service being frequent and well organized, the drop-off point was far from the Haram, making it inconvenient, especially with kids or during busy times. It took almost 30 minutes during less crowded times to reach the Mataf through Gate 79, which is the only entrance directly to the Mataf. During rush hours, this time extended to 45 minutes, which was exhausting, particularly when traveling with family. - The distance from the shuttle drop-off point to the Haram was not as advertised. The walk was much longer than expected, and this made the experience quite tiring and frustrating.

This should be rated as 5 star hotel rather than 4 star. It was very good value for money and having all facilities along with full floor of mosque, cafeteria, saloon, shops, grocery shop in the hotel. Shuttle service is available and hotel is saying it runs after every 20 minutes but sometimes you have to wait bit longer. Bus is dropping you towards Gaza side where you have to walk bit longer and first entry point is marwa. Taxi can be taken between 15 to 30 riyal to reach underground parking of Haram towards clock tower or back to hotel. There were almost 12 lifts so no issue even during peek times.

Location is around 3 km away and bus is taking around 7 to 10 minutes to drop depending on traffic But still its value for money if you always use taxi service and additional 100 riyal per night you can add for taxi. I stayed in sweet and kitchen was there but no microwave

We have really enjoyed our stay here at Razana Al Rawda Hotel, suite was spacious and clean, staff were welcoming, food was great at both breakfast and dinner.Also shuttle bus go to ElHaram every half hour.

The hotel is clean. I liked the shuttle bus to and from the haram.

The WIFI is very, very bad, almost zero. The shuttle drop and pick-up are far from the haram, which is a 20-minute walk.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is extremely clean and well-maintained, located in an upscale 4-star setting that offers a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. While the breakfast options are limited, they are affordable and adequate for a quick start to your day. One of the standout features of this hotel is its excellent transportation service. A bus is available almost all the time, with a wait time of less than 10 minutes. The bus takes you to the Jamarat bus stop in just a few minutes, where you can catch another bus heading to Al Haram. These buses are frequent, leaving every few minutes, making the entire journey from the hotel to Al Haram incredibly convenient and efficient—approximately 15 minutes in total. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenient location, and seamless transportation service!

The electric charging outlets are very inconvenient to use because they are positioned too close to the table and face downward, leaving no room to plug in a cable properly.

Very nice and big room with nice bathrooms and a nice kitchen. The hotel is very nice and a guy from Pakistan Toseef Ahmed on the reception is a very helpful and very kind person.I would like to say especially thanks to ToseefAhmed the way he welcomed me.I wish to always stay in this hotel.

There is construction work beside the hotel until late at night at 2 a.m., so it's very disturbing and difficult to get sleep

Mr Emad at the front desk was beyond friendly and was great help with a smile that makes you feel comfortable and ease the tiredness of my trip. site small shop for things you would normally have to go out for

I put a sign to clean the room at 1300 and came back at midnight but wasn’t cleaned. My booking was without breakfast but I chose to have breakfast one day and payed separately wasn’t good option at all menu was poor and it seems that its directed cuisine. Will stay again but won’t eat there

The junior suite was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staffs were cleaning the room everyday even without us informing the front desk (hats off for the service). On our second night we told them to change the linens and bedsheet and they obliged swiftly! The front desk were very accommodating and will attain to your request promptly. Just an amazing and exceptional service overall! We will definitely be coming back.

The kitchen doesnt have even a microwave to warm our foods considering that it was a suite.
