Very clean, bright and smiling attentive staff! Massive shout out to Amy! Believe she is based in the restaurant as we had her within our service for both breakfast and dinner. Nothing was too much trouble and make everything simple and easy and we had quite a few alterations to our mean due to my own allergies and my sons sensory diet needs.

It’s very difficult to find even with the post code. There’s a lot of roadworks and closures which whilst I appreciate isn’t the hotels fault but we stayed 2 years ago and still have issues gaining access into where the hotel was located which makes it stressful right before arrival!

Very close to Norwich Airport - literally a short, easy 2 minute walk out of the hotel, across the road and into the terminal car park. No problem even with luggage although the pathway is not covered from the rain. Hotel was well presented and check-in was efficient and friendly. My room was a good size with plenty of space for luggage. There’s not a huge amount nearby in terms of eating options but if you want to dine out there’s a nearby pub as well as a Tesco store for snacks. Room was comfortable and I slept well but because of my early flight I didn’t have time to visit the amenities such as the restaurant and fitness centre.

It is an older property so a bit of wear and tear is to be expected but it was perfectly clean. Hotel does need to keep an eye on attention to detail, for example the QR code stuck to the wall in the room for ordering room service doesn’t work anymore. It should be removed. Wi-Fi was a little slow but did work.

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly. My son is autistic and they took the time to listen to him And also took time for him to reply. They carefully explained the Easter hunt, and gave details of the stay. The swimming attendant was great, high fived the kids and assisted when we didn’t have cash for the lockers. The evening meal staff also had smiles and couldn’t have helped any more all understanding neurodiversity of my son, drinks and food served quickly even though there was a big wedding on. They have a great play area which kept the kids happy. The staff although young were happy and wanting to help, considering I travel allot and most the time the young ones do not engage here it was the opposite, customer care was 100%. It was clean in the restaurant and they couldn’t have tried harder. The room Was great the one and only thing I can say that was bad about the stay was the bath Matt. Stained and coloured it honestly Was the only thing I can say that needs changing. Swimming pool Was clean and warm - for little ones it’s perfect temperature. Breakfast was great ingredients - I’m a sausage snob and these were not the typical catering sausages they were actually nice, for kids they have pancakes and sauce along with cereal and the fruit was not bruised as usual. Quick service and again friendly staff. If I’m Honest I didn’t feel like I was in a holiday inn, it felt more Like A 4*. Well done to Management and staff as here you can clearly See training works and staff understand.

We had such a great experience at this hotel. I was traveling with SEN children and contacted the hotel in advance for a quote room and they were incredibly accommodating. Every single member of staff was friendly and patient with my children and they were so happy and comfortable. The family rooms are very spacious, the pool was great fun and they even had a treasure hunt on throughout the facilities. Any issues we had were solved immediately and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and breakfast in the hotel. I was also delighted to see how pet friendly the hotel was. I cannot fault our stay!

The room was slightly cooler than the main parts of the hotel, but I’m clutching at straws to find something we didn’t like.

From checkin to checkout the whole experience was fantastic. Staff were knowledgeable, approachable and professional . The hotel was clean, modern, signage was clear ( quite a big hotel) the atmosphere was child friendly, and so lively to be staying in. We used the swimming pool twice - 2 adults and 3 children - it was soo warm- changing rooms small but adequate as we changed on our room. Showers and lockers . Our grandchildren loved it. The breakfast was fantastic Our room was huge ! Clean - products were fabulous and environmentally friendly. There is nothing negative at all. We will be staying again - wonderful ❤️ thank you 😊

Breakfast had a wide and excellent choice, very fresh and replenished frequently and staff alway to hand. Nice to see for those concerned a Gluten free choice. Coffee at breakfast needs a little improvement, I had to buy a decent coffee, but the fresh orange juice compensated. I didn't have dinner as meeting up with family and friends. Initially, my single room was dreadful, but after speaking to reception they promptly moved me to a lovely room on an upper floor and I'm thankful to Mayumi for seeing to this; She's a real asset to the hotel, kind caring and compassionate.

The staff are all so welcoming, my children received an activity pack each which was really nice, my son loved his high five lanyard. The hotel was clean and spacious, especially the family room, the hotel room had everything in it that we needed. The pool was extremely warm which was so lovely to be able to swim with the children without being cold. The lady on the desk at the swimming pool was very helpful and was very kind with my children.

Honestly we loved everything. There was nothing we didn't like about the stay. We will definitely be staying again.

The staff was really friendly, specially the people working in the breakfast service. Staff in the reception gave us the room a bit earlier than expecting and we spent 2 nights in one of the suites. Room was really big and it was perfect for a family with 2 kids. Because of the easter holidays they prepared some games for the kids and it was lovely.

Our room was located very close to some kind of ventilators or extract fans and it was a bit noisy during the night. The double bed (sofa bed) was a bit small for the kids.

Clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being right next to the airport. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were good and the evening meal was delicious.

Nowhere to leave a suitcase after to check out. We were lucky the hotel was not full and the helpful staff arranged for us to leave the suitcase in our room beyond the checkout time so we could do a bit of sightseeing in Norwich, but for a hotel next to an airport temporary storage is pretty much universal these days.

The staff and their professional attitude and helpfulness, especially to our children would make us return. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in the UK with so much choice, care and rotation. Excellent location and proximity to city centre.

The swimming pool and leisure facilities were too small (photos very misleading) and not all facilities (steam room not working for the duration of our stay). My husband cut his foot in the pool due to a sharp edge and notified staff who assisted in providing support (bandage). In the family room in the bathroom.tge heated towel rail was hanging off the wall with broken fixtures in situ (we had warn our children not to touch thisl The desk chair had a lot of padding hanging off (needs replacing). Kingsize bed had double sized covers, The same with the sofa bed.
