The service we received whilst checking in was fantastic. Whilst waiting in a queue we were offered refreshments (water and/or prosecco) and this was repeatedly offered whilst waiting which was a lovely touch. The lady that checked us in was also extremely polite and friendly and explained everything well. We had access to the executive lounge which was great and I felt worth the money. It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere with high quality offerings for both breakfast and afternoon tea lunch. The location was great and perfect for us who were visiting primarily for a concert in Hyde Park.

The room was lovely with an amazing view however there were a couple of things regarding the room that were disappointing. Firstly there were no small coffee mugs to fit the Nespresso machine, we called to ask for some to be brought to our room but this never happened. All rooms are also advertised as having a 'mini bar' however this was just an empty fridge and we were told they were never stocked. Neither are items that I would normally complain about or write a negative review about , especially given the high standards of all other elements of our stay. However when I'm paying such a high amount of money for a one night stay, which we then upgraded, I would expect near perfection so sadly this was quite disappointing.

Location , the room always looks clean and staff

As a 5 stars Hotel , The in room dinning menu and food quality could be better. Before checking in , the room should be inspected and checked , all the equipment should be working properly instead of calling the hotel guest services to make it fixed. Such as the hair dryer was damaged, the shower was leaking and the shower gel was empty.

No one is answering the phone in the reception .. if I want to ask for anything I have to go to the reception in the ground floor to ask for it

Service is amazing. Staffs are tentative and genuine.

The guest in the room next door was smoking and the smell spread through the aircon system. Choked very hard from the cigarette smell. The hotel helped informing the guest.

Noise .. too much door slamming

The location is perfect i can go everywhere by walking the housekeeper is very trustworthy I forgot my phone twice and when i came back i found there.

They need to renew the Furniture and especially the bathroom.

The hotel was under renovation. Is a little noisy. Hope it gets better when we come back in Nov
