There were so many aspects of this hotel that we loved. Coming in, we met Esther at the desk. She was so bubbly and lovely and went above and beyond for us. Every time we came down for breakfast, we would always look for Esther because she would always greet us with a smile and had the most amazing energy. I got engaged on my birthday and as soon as we got to the hotel, Esther literally jumped for joy for me. She’s just amazing. We then met Keran at “Feels like June”, who was so so nice. Everything we asked for, she responded with a smile and with haste. Never grumbled and was always polite. Such an amazing soul. Then we met another waitress (I think she was a waiter), but we didn’t actually get her name. She remembered it was my birthday and wished me a happy birthday. Honestly everyone was amazing. We would definitely be coming back.

The hotel was so aesthetically pleasing and we don’t have anything at all we don’t like about the property

The hotel is cool, bit of a meatpacking district vibe. Right in next to tube and some fab restaurants. The staff, particularly at the front desk were fantastic!

Rooms are a little on the cosy side. Absolutely spotless and with everything you need but the immediate feeling you get when you walk in is this is small.

I loved this whole place and my stay here! Personal very nice and friendly. We are European so we forgot that the sockets/plugs were different, thought we would ask the staff if they have any free and so they did. The elevators are quick and swift, the breakfast is amazing. Everything was warm and fresh (we came there at around 8am), workers took empty plates whenever they saw any, showed us around when it was our first time there. The hotel room was very nice, personally didn't see any dirt or dust. Very modern and all good. The neighbourhood was pretty chill btw! For the first time we saw security just strolling around. Mashut is a very good worker!

Didn't understand why the bedsheets had someone's else's hairs and holes? And glitter? Found short black hair that looks like animal fur or just hair in white bedsheets. My hair is purple, my roommate has light long hair. My side had a hole in the bedsheet and dark spots like dirt? I didn't mind it but i simply noticed, my roommate called the personal and they came and changed the sheet. Personally I'm very sure those weren't mine, i couldn't make a hole and leave dark spots. Found glitter on the duvet too! There wasn't much of it but it's hard to miss it, so we called the staff and changed the duvet. The personal is very nice, especially Mashut. He came in and was very quick, talkative and fun, even brought us forks for our noodles.

Loved the lobby area and decor! Loved the room and decor! Shower was calming and good temp! Bed was very comfortable! View was lovely!

Signal was absolutely shocking, both myself and my partner are with O2 and neither of our phones worked with our data on or the free hotel WiFi! Was very frustrating as we couldn’t access messages from our family, our bank accounts, tickets for things, social media’s. Disappointed the tv didn’t have any apps on it either like most hotel tvs do nowadays, Netflix Disney apple Amazon YouTube ect, meant we had nothing to watch on the tv and also couldn’t go on our phones… Room was a little bit dark even with all the lights on, difficult to do hair / makeup ect next to the mirror in the little wardrobe area / behind the coat hangers as that was the only plug next to a mirror but it was too dark!

We've spend 3 nights in the Tribe hotel and it was great! The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the subway station, the rooms are very stylish and clean, and we also had an amazing view from our window Breakfast is amazing, one of the best I've seen in this type of hotels. There's always plenty of everything and if something runs out they bring more.

- The room is quite small, it's basically just a bed and a bathroom - After 3 nights of sleeping with AC turned on my skin became pretty dry -- but it's not really the hotel's fault, it was the heatwave :) Anyway, don't forget to bring face cream!

I really liked the facilities. The room was small but super well designed, so it didn’t feel cramped at all. I also appreciated having access to a steamer and iron, which came in handy. The location was great too, with plenty of restaurants around and easy access to the metro. Staff were helpful, and the bar downstairs had a great vibe.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I really disliked, it was a great stay overall. If I had to nitpick, the room could’ve been a bit more spacious, but the layout made it work. Also, even though there was a big window, not much sunlight came in because of the surrounding buildings. Nothing major though!

Location is great. Safe, beautiful and quiet. Also very good connected to Londons public transportation. Breakfast is great, only with the coffee that I was not so happy. They only had a very strong ristretto available, for having a plain long coffee, was nothing special. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are lovely and comfortable.

I stayed at the 4th floor 2 thing that I did not like. 1) emergency exit signaling and maps. The floor can be a bit confusing. 2) I think some vibrations from the gym go up to the 4th floor. Wich start early (around 5h30)... it's vibration of something banging the floor, probably weights or some gym equipment. Acoustic is really good at the hotel, that is why I felt these vibrations.

Loved the vibe, decor and location, it was great that there was a 24hr snack bar with vegan options so handy for arriving back at the hotel late and needing something to eat. The bed was so comfortable didn't want to get out of it and the shower was great too! Really liked that to use the lifts you had to tap your room key and it would only take you to your floor, nice and secure. The location was very handy as it was 5 mins walk from the underground and also restaurants and shops were close by too. Perfect hotel for what I needed and would definitely stay again.

No phone in the hotel room but not a big deal.

It's a very nice facility with helpful staff. When I asked for an iron, they delivered it to my room. Our room was quite small for two people, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Bonus points for the fresh water jug and Kevin Murphy bath products in the room. The neighbourhood is lively and gives a bit of New York vibes, but with green spaces and walks along the river. Also conveniently close to the Elizabeth line.

Quite expensive for the room size, but overall better than average in London for the same price. For stays of more than two nights, the Essential room might feel a bit cramped.

The breakfast was great. It is a full buffet and the dining room is very elegantly decorated. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with a good view. The actual location of the hotel is located just outside the heart of London and in the financial district. It is very safe, beautiful and peaceful.

Perhaps the only thing that I think would have made the experience perfect would have been to have on-site fitness facilities. The hotel has an agreement with a nearby gym which has excellent equipment, however, I felt that the entrance fee was a bit too high.
