There were so many aspects of this hotel that we loved. Coming in, we met Esther at the desk. She was so bubbly and lovely and went above and beyond for us. Every time we came down for breakfast, we would always look for Esther because she would always greet us with a smile and had the most amazing energy. I got engaged on my birthday and as soon as we got to the hotel, Esther literally jumped for joy for me. She’s just amazing. We then met Keran at “Feels like June”, who was so so nice. Everything we asked for, she responded with a smile and with haste. Never grumbled and was always polite. Such an amazing soul. Then we met another waitress (I think she was a waiter), but we didn’t actually get her name. She remembered it was my birthday and wished me a happy birthday. Honestly everyone was amazing. We would definitely be coming back.

The hotel was so aesthetically pleasing and we don’t have anything at all we don’t like about the property

The hotel is cool, bit of a meatpacking district vibe. Right in next to tube and some fab restaurants. The staff, particularly at the front desk were fantastic!

Rooms are a little on the cosy side. Absolutely spotless and with everything you need but the immediate feeling you get when you walk in is this is small.

Location is great. Safe, beautiful and quiet. Also very good connected to Londons public transportation. Breakfast is great, only with the coffee that I was not so happy. They only had a very strong ristretto available, for having a plain long coffee, was nothing special. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are lovely and comfortable.

I stayed at the 4th floor 2 thing that I did not like. 1) emergency exit signaling and maps. The floor can be a bit confusing. 2) I think some vibrations from the gym go up to the 4th floor. Wich start early (around 5h30)... it's vibration of something banging the floor, probably weights or some gym equipment. Acoustic is really good at the hotel, that is why I felt these vibrations.

It's a very nice facility with helpful staff. When I asked for an iron, they delivered it to my room. Our room was quite small for two people, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Bonus points for the fresh water jug and Kevin Murphy bath products in the room. The neighbourhood is lively and gives a bit of New York vibes, but with green spaces and walks along the river. Also conveniently close to the Elizabeth line.

Quite expensive for the room size, but overall better than average in London for the same price. For stays of more than two nights, the Essential room might feel a bit cramped.

Met very professionally minded member staff. Who used great management skill .buy allowing us to not only leave cases as early .arrived Made a brilliant decision as room cleaned the ability to use room. Enabling us to freshen up .as my partners Christmas gift was war of worlds experience. On that factor we have 3 more stays planned in London as enjoyed so much will use Tribe again for thease stays

6.00 Porton of fries Yes 6.00 the worst part stay . And adding service charge TIP to bill rather asking if we care to leave . It's disgusting. Your staff get minimal wage .know the wage they going earn . Sofleecing people is so WRONG!

Great location in newly developed dock area with immediate access to The Tube and buses. Super funky atmosphere in rooms, downstairs lobby and restaurant. Delightful staff: they were interested in you and your London experience.

Loved absolutely everything about The Tribe. However, pre-booked transfer to Heathrow upon departure a complete disaster. Driver was 30 mins late which meant I hit peak hour traffic and an estimated travel time to airport of 2.25 hours. Forget it. Take the Elizabeth line from nearby Canary Wharf tube station and save yourself a lot of money and a lot of angst.

The chilled vibe of the hotel was lovely and the staff were so cool. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The room was immaculately clean as was the whole hotel. We paid for the buffet breakfast which was comprehensive and delicious.

The coffee pod sachet machines for use are very unreliable. Often times only hot water or milk was being dispensed without the coffee pod being utilised despite the pod disappearing into the coffee machine. Very hit and miss. We were eventually brought coffee from the kitchen. Bean to cup machines would be the answer.

The staff were the absolute best! The restaurant was great and you can tell the chef puts a lot of heart into what comes out of the kitchen! The location is great and is close to a ton of eateries, entertainment options and the underground. The amenities on site made for a great stay in London and extremely comfortable to either relax or enjoy a quiet evening at the hotel. Early risers and night owls will find their stay enjoyable and without lack.

Room service options are very limited and wasn’t a way to modify the order if you wanted to take something off, only the option to add to the item being ordered.

I loved how the staff was so nice - Naz & Aaron did an amazing job at taking care of all my needs and requests. I loved the interior design of the hotel, the lobby was so good if you need a place to work remotely on your laptop. The view from my room was amazing as well and I loved the small details such as the personalized notebook and the Kevin Murphy products in the bathroom. The breakfast was good, I could find plenty of options - continental style - but my favourites were definitely the Nespresso coffee (and the option to grab to-go cups) and the toast with the raspberry and strawberry jam. The 'Feels like June' restaurant was also a delight! The food was incredible and the portions were huge, no wonder why it was always busy. The hotel is situated right in the heart of Canary Wharf and I adored the fact that it was 3 mins walking distance from the tube.

I don't have any complaints. Everything was so nice, definitely will stay there again next time.

Very clean, newly finished building. Great location - just next to 2 underground lines. Internet was super fast, staff helpfull. Very good for short business trips.

Breakfast just needs to be improved - bread was not fresh every day during our one week stay, The variety of ham and cheese was also poor (one type of ham and cheese), some scrambled egs - after one week it got really boring - adding some boiled eggs, some extra dishes could improve much. Right now it is ok for 1-2 breakfasts. The room was very tiny - smallest I've ever been to - not very much space to keep suitcases.
