The hostel is really good. Walking distance (300 metres) from/to bus/ferry station and five to ten minutes to the historical part of George Town. Good building project - at the first level there is the reception, the lounge and a small kitchen. At the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors there are rooms and dorms. I stayed 8 nights in a dorm on the back of the building - quiet, clean, six beds, AC, individual fans and plugs. Toilet and bathroom inside the dorm (soap, shampoo included, hot water). On the hall an another bathroom, a small balcony, free drinking water and facilities for ironing. The two Myanmar boys at the reception are friendly and helpful. I paid 25 MYR for a bed/night, which was really a deal. I strongly recommend this hostel. Congratulations!

Repet, the hostel is really good. I only recommend to the lady owner to improve the communication with the customers before their arrival (by answering to their messages send on Booking.com). I consider that the kitchen is too small so maybe there will be a solution to improve it (of course there is plenty of possibilities to eat any moment of the day outside. As well I consider the deposit a bed joke - the customers are good people . Good luck!

Took twin bed with private b/room here, as our event were held nearby The 60 ✅ Easy access to everywhere as it is in good location ✅ Room were nice & comfy ✅ Bathroom were clean with hot shower & comes with complete toilettries ✅ Aircond were cold (plus it's raining all day that day) ✅ Wifi line are good ✅ Free flow water dispenser (cold/hot) & iron board at walkway ✅ Nice lounge gaming area & simple kitchen

❌ No lift & parking for customer (walking distance to public parking by MBPP ❌ Cracking noisy bed (not good for light sleeper) ❌ Staff at lounge talks basic English ❌ No extra mirror in the room except the one in the b/room

Location are surrounded by Unesco of Georgetown, Facility are good n clean, Service Staffs are very helpful n friendly.. Especially The Guy Called Aung.

Some of the toiletries especially shared without toilet rolls, They should have a dispenser paying machine with soft n coffee drinks, Some private rooms the Aircon are not working very well, especially their main hall reception area Aircon are not fully on during afternoon are very humid n hot.

The location is very strategic. Near to Chew Jetty, and also Armenian Street. If you are young, it is so convenient and cheap for you. The room is clean. The staff also kind. There's also rooftop here but it unclean. i hope hotel could improve this part.

It dont like to find parking at the hotel. At first, i dont know where to park and lost but after 2nd day, I know the trick where to park but still to walk but not that far as before. I hope the hotel could advise me where to park.

The staff was very cooperative. very fast contact and immediate answer at any time. hot and cold drinking water available. we had a large room for three people with a beautiful seaview. the facilities were in good condition. evth. functioning at any time. all guests friendly and Seemed to be happy in the location and many prolonged their stay there. we also did it.. central location, near to ferry and Bus terminal and foodpark and little India...... for that good room in Georgetown the price was cheap.

due to the central location the road outside was busy and loud, even though the window gave good Isolation. this can't be Changed. only solution is to wear earprotection or it doesn't disturb you.

Ended up staying here 2 weeks! Felt really at home and comfortable here. Young gentlemen that works here was so lovely and friendly (I don't want to spell name wrong!). I really liked the roof top. Bathroom on every floor and also a bathroom inside the mixed dorm I stayed in. Bathroom always available never had to wait. Thank you so much for a great stay!

I really liked the girls bed room,big window,silent and powerful AC,enough space,good bathroom and cleaned.Even free cold water refill available!That’s a plus.Close to the jetty, lots of Chinese restaurants, good walking distance from touristy places and good information about public transportation

Big dorms with a lot of shelves so the rooms were kept tidy and organised. Private wee bunks with curtains. Individual lamps, fans, outlets and wee lockers in each bunk, great common area!

Rude staff. I know the guy at reception works really hard but I stayed at that hostel twice and both times he did some things that shouldn’t really be done or could be done in a more polite way.

The best thing about the place is the positioning opposite Lee Jetty. The place is quiet inside but the traffic at the doorsteps surely takes away some precious sleep, at times. The staff was helpful and courteous.
