Maybe you could provide more than 2 hanger in the room. No place to hang the towel. And also the bathroom is facing the window. Afraid that other people could see us through the window.

I’ve been bitten by bed bugs to the point its hurt. My back, my leg, hands, neck and face are all been bitten by the bugs. At first i thought it is a mosquito bites so i guess thats why they provide the repelllent. However since today i go to clinic and the doctor said i’ve been bite by the bed bugs, so i guess the bed is actually the problem. So i hope you can tackle this problem and come out with solution so tht other customer won’t experience this again.

My stay at Reunion Residence in Penang was an exquisite blend of modern luxury and personalized hospitality. The panoramic views of Penang from my window were simply breathtaking, adding an extra layer of charm to my stay. The hotel's amenities offered moments of relaxation and rejuvenation. The attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect, making me feel truly welcomed and valued. I added a special request for a specific room, and they delivered the exact request that i wanted! What you see is literally what you get! Overall, Reunion Residence surpassed my expectations, leaving me with fond memories and a desire to return.

There's nothing that I could complain about because it was a perfect stay!

The location was great, very close to the port, which was nice since we had to take a morning boat to the mainland. The aircon was also of good temperature, and the room was very clean and nice. The toilet was very comfortable ot use too.

There is no lift in the area so we had to carry out stuff up the stairs, so something to note for everyone with heavy lugguage. Furthermore, there was a period of 2 hours of power loss during one of the nights, probably due to the rain. I enquired about it and heard that it is a rare event but also something to take note of.

Location very convenient, working distance to street art, restaurants & shop. The room for 3 people is comfortable & big.

All is good except for the toilet, it’s smell of urine. Every time we use the toilet & wash the toilet bowl but still the smell occur. And the aircond is not cold even we put 18deg and sweating at night during sleep.

I like how absolutely beautiful the room is! The decor is to die for, and if you like vintage, then this is the place for you! There's a water dispenser in the hallway which makes it easier for you to just refill your jug/bottle. Additionally, the iron board and iron are hung on the wall near the bathroom, which is so clever and space saving! I cannot rave enough how comfy the beds are, and how wide and clean the bathroom is. I like how the sink is placed outside across the actual bathroom, it makes it easier for us to wash our hands or do some teeth brushing outside instead of crowding up the bathroom. The wall plug is also equipped with direct USB charger, so you don't necessarily need to bring your brick charger. HOWEVER, one of the wall plugs' direct USB charger is faulty, so that's a bummer.

There is this little sensor on the ceiling light which beeped all night long since we first entered the room, and when I called the operator, the man just said the noise could be from the hallway. I checked and he was wrong. At around 1.00 AM though, the sensor thing suddenly got quiet and it was no longer beeping the entirety of our stay there. Our room also faces the bar across the hotel, and if you are sensitive to noises, then the constant loud, thumping music will definitely turn you off. Occasionally, there were truck sounds doing construction in the middle of the night. The marble counter which had the TV and other stuff placed is pretty dusty.

Good location, nice room and facilities. Good hot water. Wifi connection stable, sometimes slow but there are many routers you can choose. Check-in from the nearby hotel and walk back to the building is not difficult. Staffs are nice.

The room is strategically located. Below is the cafe with great toast, nice interior, comfortable and instagrammable. We waited in the cafe since we arrived sooner than the check in time. Room was soooo nice for us 4, fit for budget, great view, awesome toilet, and clean! Owh, the name of the hotel is hardly to spot on. Watch out for the word 'Reunion'. And the check in/out office is at the opposite building. All in all, we r satisfied!!

The parking space was limited. 1st come 1st serve. But alhamdulillah we've managed to get 1 everytime

Near to Chowrasta market, Teochew Chendol, Jeruk Pak Ali and a lot of famous Nasi Kandar Restaurant. The staff is friendly and provided good service. The hotel provided water dispenser, Coway.
