The staff are nice, polite and friendly. Ready to help. A lot of effort is put into making guests comfortable and though it wasn’t as upscale as I expected, it ended up being a pleasant experience I would recommend.

Breakfast service can be slow as well as room service. I think food is a general downside for all inclusives. This should be looked into.

We were very happy with the resort. All the food was so diverse and well executed... I only had one meal that was disappointing. The Cafe being open 24 hours for pastries and fresh fruit and lattes was amazing! The staff was on point and so accommodating, remembering our names and drink preferences. We would definitely return. Especially since we didn't get to go on an excursion. The beach and location was very convenient and all the staff was so helpful in showing you where you needed to go, and where you shouldn't go.

I didn't like the constant peddling of wares by the beach merchants, especially since we bought this from them early on. I know the resort has no control over that though. I didn't like being kinda pressured into looking at the robe shares for a discount off an excursion. That was one of the reasons why we didn't book one, because we just wanted to go on an excursion without being pressured to do something else.

I give this resort a 5 star rating. Front desk staff, Reuben, Lorenzo, Andres, Mario, Raymondo, Nicolas and Miguel - their service was really impressive and so much appreciated. My husband had a hip replacement in Bucerías and all of the above staff were extremely helpful to me and my husband. - I couldn’t have done it without all the help they gave me. The food in their restaurants was excellent and great service from waiters Francisco, Enrique, Jorges and others. Our room cleaning lady Euginia was excellent. We highly recommend this resort and would definitely go back to this resort. Sandy C.

No complaints!

The food, pool, activities, people etc… were all amazing! I’ll be making reservations for next year ! I loved waking up in the morning, going downstairs for a cappuccino and fresh fruit and then taking a walk on the beach!

The rooms could use some sprucing up ! My room needed some fresh paint and new drapes for the sliding glass door!

It was very intimate, yet not crowded. Wait time were nearly nonexistent. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I felt like the staff are trained well. During a thunderstorm, we were provided with umbrellas by staff, which was unexpected and a nice touch. Property has all amenities for a great stay. I really appreciated and enjoyed the adult pool and pool service. Very nice.

Construction was present but not an inconvenience. Still, it’s noticeable. Also one staff member was clueless and wrong about some local questions we had. Next time they should just say they don’t know and point to concierge. But other staff, including concierge, made up for this very well.

Great location, beautiful views… Staff were kind and helpful, it is all inclusive and food was exceptionally good! They have a lot of variety and I think they have more on the weekends. We stayed for 4 nights and did not get bored of this place! Wonderful stay for a long vacation.

Only thing I did not like about this place is that sometimes I could hear loud noises from outside (even at night time) and one night I could hear someone snoring from the room next door!

The breakfast was amazing! The staff was so friendly and accommodating.

If we could have stayed longer! Seriously nothing could have been better, the staff were amazing! The food was so amazing. The entertainment was excellent! From the circus to the dancers to the Three Voices live music, the Mexican folkloric dancers, violin player, and live music in the bar. The incredible Mexican fiesta night was the best!

We loved how condensed the property was. Having to run up to our room or go from the pool to dining to bathrooms was never inconvenient. I’ve stayed at other resorts where if you left something in your room or had to use the restroom while at the pool it was quite the walk. Loved how close everything was.

Only downside is the sellers on the beach. They stand RIGHT at the wall and talk to You inside the pool of the resort or while lounging trying to sell. Not a fan of that.
