Breakfast was not included. I selected this site due to its proximity of the venue for the event on the evening before I left. I was going to the Dutch National Ballet "Stravinsky Sprookjes" on Tuesday evening and my flight out of Schiphol Airport was on Wednesday morning.

The location was perfect. While there was a folder with telephone numbers and other contact information, instructions on the use of the microwave, coffee maker and television (Netflix only) would have been helpful. I have contacted the owner about this.

Amazing location perfect for getting around on trams on the metro, a fridge and microwave which was handy to have and lots of storage space.

the pillows were not the comfiest, no sink in the bathroom but other than that it was great. no air conditioning which meant the room was very humid at times 24+ degrees.

It was right on the canal and the ugh next to a tram stop that would pretty much take us to anywhere we needed to go or transfer. The host was accommodating to let us drop off our luggage before check in time.

It was right on the street, so lots of people coming and going right outside the door, but there was a drop down metal grate that removed all noise and early sunlight so we weren’t bothered a bit

Apartment was amazing right in city centre. Host was extremely accommodating. Was just an amazing few days. Well worth everything.

Amsterdam is expensive make sure you take plenty with you. We didn't over indulge but we also didn't restrict ourselves. We spent about 3k over 6 days . We did alot and ate well.

The location was great. We found the accommodation comfortable. Loved our stay in Amsterdam

Be careful as there are extra steps leading down into the apartment once you open the door. This is very obvious in daylight however we arrive late at night in the dark. A small motion detector light would be a good idea.

near transport, both rail & tram correspondence from owner excellent and helpful

There was no view from room as it was below street level, although we were so busy each day we weren’t in that much. We initially walked to the property on mainly cobbled streets which was very difficult with luggage (25 mins from rail station) unaware of the transport system available and how to use it.

Clean space with a very soft bead- loved that. Location could not be beat, central to everything! Friendly host, easy check in and out. Excellent value for the space.

The space is in the basement, which is fine, but there is little ventilation, with no A/C, so it got a bit moist with the shower. Maybe upgrade the fan? Im glad it was not too warm while we stayed otherwise it could have been really uncomfortable.

Great Studio in a fantastic location. Hosts were very accommodating with our check in and check out times. Shower was good, bed was comfortable, and there was the use of a kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer, microwave and fridge. There was even an umbrella provided for rainy weather. Would highly recommend.

No sink in the shower room so have to wash hands and brush teeth in the kitchen sink. Was fine though and definitely not a deal breaker. We would still go back.

the location was amazing! literally within 30mins of everything you need to see as a tourist.

facilities were ideal for what we needed, however the pillows on the bed were pretty old and could do with a refresh.

The apartment was located close to lots of restaurants & the metro station with quick transport to Central Station. The room was clean, had lots of storage and other facilities (fridge, sitting area, shower room, TV with netflix). Although the room is not huge it’s perfect when all you need is a good sleep after a long day of exploring!

We had no complaints about our stay. Everything was great.
