I love the location and even though rooms can vary a lot in size (I have stayed there on several occasions) they are all confortable

The facade was being renovated and they did not mention that during the reservation. No big deal though; I just felt that this info could have been shared in advance. Otherwise the works did not bother me since I stayed over the weekend when there was no noise from the works.

Friendly staff, great location, nice hotel

Fairly expensive for size of room, I’ve had better value from other premium hotels. Breakfast was optional despite room being over £200 per night. Room was fairly small (but lovely and clean). Shower is poor quality, water leaks across bathroom floor. Temperature of water was too cool.

The staff were amazing. The room really comfortable, the location perfect for the major galleries.

The really steep stairs to reception from the street. Not accessible access.

Fabulous location, staff were very attentive and friendly. Room upgrade and Prosecco on arrival. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Offered a goodie bag of sweets on departure.

Ordered a mojito cocktail which hadn’t been made correctly - not mixed to the standard you would expect considering the price.

Property is centrally located in the Museum Quarter and Vondel Park. A few minutes walk to the Flower Market and steps away from the High end Fashion street. Rooms size are decent with high celings but the breakfast spread is phenomenal. We are a family of 5 and it fed my kids well with lots of options. We arrived early and Ms Anastasia was kind enough to get our rooms ready with a birthday surprise for my son’s birthday. The arrival was such a memorable one. Abdul who picked up us in the airport and drove to the central station was an extra special touch of luxury to complete our stay.

Nothing.

Had a fantastic stay at the Leonardo Boutique. The staff are very friendly and helpful offering good recommendations nearby. The room and facilities are very well thought out and ensured I had a great stay. The lobby has a great area to chill out with a bar and snacks. And the hotel is out of the hustle and bustle of the centre but close to everything. The centre is a short 20min walk or quick tram ride, the beautiful Vondelpark and Rijksmuseum are right at your doorstep. And the area surrounding has great cafes, restaurants and bars.

The price is a little expensive and I was a solo traveller so this didn't bother me, but the rooms are on the small side

I like the neighbourhood and the vibe. The beds are very comfortable, the a/c does the trick on a hot summer day, the shower water pressure is very nice. Best of all was Anna and Osama who were working when I checked in. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. Top notch service from what felt like genuinely nice people.

This was my second time staying here and I had unknowingly booked a lower level room this time. I could hear all the housekeeping/maintenance carts in the hall outside my room in the morning. A bit more sealing around the door would have been nice.

Great staff who were very helpful. A great location

Breakfast was a bit over priced considering the selection and quality of the food. The food was fine just probably not worth €20pp

Lovely staff, my daughter was very happy to get a personalised card and balloons in celebration of her birthday and first trip abroad.

The only thing was when I purchased breakfast tickets, I handed them to one of the staff in the breakfast area. I was then asked several times for our room number and was told we hadn’t purchased breakfast with our stay. We had to explain we had purchased breakfast tickets and handed them to another member of staff. Whilst I understood why we were questioned it was a bit irritating. This only happened the once, the following day we purchased breakfast tickets again, handed them in and were not questioned.
