Location of the hotel is great, just few minutes walk from train station. After our arrival, originally given room was changed due to problem caused by hotel itself, however we were provided with better facilities and also breakfast for our whole stay. Appretiate attitude of receptionist who dealt with us and provided great comfort during our stay. New room was clean and spacious, also hotel personal was friendly towards clients. We highly recomend this hotel brand.

When we arrived, we were given a room who had not been cleaned and prepared for new arrival on that day. However, receptionist found a quick solution and provided us with better comfort. Despite the initial problem, still recomending hotel for stay.

Years ago, in my student days in Eindhoven, I'd occasionally end up in this hotel's bar with friends of mine. Almost two decades later, I needed to spend the night in Eindhoven. It always seemed like a nice place, so I picked this hotel for my visit (although, sadly, I did not visit the bar). The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable and the staff was very nice. It is close to the Eindhoven Centraal railway station and bus station, which is another reason why I picked it, and also close to the city centre and the Woenselse Markt shopping area.

While the hotel is very close to the railway station, actually getting there was a bit confusing. There are pedestrian tunnels between the hotel and the station, but none of them seem to end at the hotel, so you will have to take a bit of a detour to get there. The breakfast was good but quite expensive.

Excellent breakfast. Helpful, cheery staff. Within walking distance of TU/e, the train station, shopping areas and restaurants. Best closet and storage area of all the hotels on this trip (there have been six others). We got a good laugh: elevator call buttons and mirrors are placed very high, robes are extremely long, and I could have used a stile to get into and out of the tub/shower. It must be true that the Dutch are the tallest people (on average) in the world!

Shower controls difficult to understand. Sink faucet "sticky;" hard to control. We were told each bed had one soft and one hard pillow. Of the five pillows in our suite, all were too thick for my comfort. Would have appreciated a walk-through gate on the west side of the hotel's parking lot.

I stayed for a week. Extremely friendly staff, no issues at all. Also, location is excellent as is value for money.

However the cleaning left a bit to be desired. We spotted a bit of dirt in a corner of the bathroom (something thrown on the floor before we checked into the room) and it remained there for most of the week; also on a particular day the room was not done. True I was in the room because I had some work to do that day, but I intentionally removed the 'do not disturb' sign, and was ready to leave while the room was being done. They simply never turned up (not even to ask if I wanted the room done). Also, the parking at 22E per day is expensive.

Close to Eindhoven Central Station. Overall, a good decent business hotel, typical of Holiday Inn chain. About 10/15 mins walk to city centre. They have paid laundry service but there is a washer/dryer near the back entrance that you can use for free.

Parking was expensive at €22 per day but it's a large parking lot. There's free parking close to the hotel but not easy to find spaces. It got a bit noisy with a crowd having drinks in the late evening in the patio outside the hotel despite the room being on the 6th floor.

Everything was perfect: the bed was very comfortable, the room had everything you might need and in perfect working order, the complimentary water and coffee capsules were replenished daily. Also it was very quiet, I am usually a light sleeper and I could rest well till late as the cleaning crew was very quiet and careful unlike many other hotels, which I appreciated very much. The staff generally was very nice and helpful. Location is excellent, just across the street from the train station and bus station.

Very minor issue, the door card kept resetting every day, there is 24 h reception though and it took 2 seconds to reactivate it.

The location is great. Comfortable room

The room had no chair to seat only one small one for the desk and when we asked for another one we were told that they were missing a few and that we had to pick up one from downstairs and that we would be charged. We found a ripped towel in the bathroom. Basic things like slippers were not available. Also we didn’t know before hand that there is a significant charge for parking.

Location was very good. Close to the city centre and right on bicycle paths that I made use of. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and bigger than I expected. I would happily stay at this location again if I am in the city.

There wasn't anything that I had a major issue with. The window cleaner playing music outside my windows at 8am isn't fun but I would never ask the hotel not to wash the windows. My room key not opening the side door is a minor inconvenience.

- Room was good, spacious and clean. - The bed and sofa-bed for the 3rd person were comfy with a lot of pillows. - The room was with coffee, I love this small detail ;) - The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon availability we could get a early check-in and late checkout which was really convenient for us. - Location was superb, close to the train station and city centre. 5 minutes walking.

Access to the Hotel by car. Seems that you need to pay immediately you enter. We had to park the car outside and carry all the luggage until the reception.

We stayed 3 nights in October. We enjoyed the mini-jim, we rented bicycles, toured the city and went to a PSV match. The location was very convenient, the room was huge and the facilities were very clean and tidy. The hotel staff was welcoming and accesible. We got a room in the 7th floor with excellent view. We especially liked the breakfast.

The swimming pool was shut down during our visit. At night there is considerable street noise coming through the windows.
