The location is good, very close to the Metro.

Our room is on the second floor (room number starting from 3) which is not lift-accessible. We have to carry our 2 luggage and walk up and down the stairs.

The cleanliness was poor. The towels were changed in the bathroom, but shampoo and shower gel were not provided. The room was also dusty. And besides Mr. Mark, the staff at the reception were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I went to buy shampoo in my pajamas at midnight. I asked for housekeeping to be warned, but they didn't take it seriously.

The location was great, on a walking distance from the Rotterdam Centraal and the city center. The room was comfy, well equipped, it had a coffee machine and a kettle. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room temperature was set at 20 degrees, which could not be charged (even if there was a notification saying the guest can set the temperature up with 3 degrees). Outside there were 14 degrees at night (in August!). So, it was a little bit too cold inside for us. Fortunately, the receptionists were very kind and provided a heater. Another thing was the annoying AI the hotel seems to use, which sent us a lot of unnecessary emails (at least 6 before the arrival).

The staff is very nice, the bed is comfortable, the room is quiet and the location is excellent, just 10 minutes away by foot from the central station. I was also pleasantly surprized by the luxury toiletries. The air conditioner worked very well, although there was one issue (see below). I requested a room facing the courtyard and actually got one (was not the case with some other hotels), so a big thumbs up for that. All in all a very good experience.

The shelves in the closet were pretty dusty. The air conditioner made loud buzzing noises every 10-20 minutes even after being turned off (the earplugs really came in handy). I notified the staff so I think the problem is solved by the time the review is published.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at the hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations — the room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. The service was outstanding; every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Staff were lovely and helpful with the check-in, and upgraded me to a superior room. The room was gorgeous, very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the middle of town with walking distance to everything (Rotterdam is also great for vegan cafes etc). There was space outside to pull up the car to check-in before parking.

The hotel has its own parking, but spaces are limited and not bookable. There is a multistory carpark very nearby as recommended by staff which was great. It costs a max 40Euro per 24hr. It was all very well lit and safe. This was actually very positive, so not really a downside.

The personnel was very kind and helpful and always at our disposal. The room was very clean, roomy with a great view (we were on the 8th floor), there was coffee machine and coffee and a kettle for tea. Even the soaps at the room (sampoo, conditioner) were very good quality. The location is very good because it is close to a very beautiful canal with green which is quiet, but also close to the shopping centre, the Erasmus bridge, the museums and Euromast (walking distance). The train station is in walking distance and there is also tram and metro stations outside the hotel.

The review corresponds to the deluxe double room we booked (we didn't want it to be deluxe, there was just not availability to others). The reservation was for two rooms, the second was a single room which was located in a different wing of the hotel (old building). When we did the reservation we asked to have rooms close to one another but the hotel responded that there is a different wing that has the older rooms and the other the deluxe rooms, so they couldn't do that except if we would upgrade the room to deluxe. The friend who stayed at the single room told us that her room was old and very small looking more like a ship cabin than hotel room, so we wouldn't recommend rooms from the older building. The single room didn't have coffee machine but only a kettle.

I was allowed to check in early as Simon on Reception, found me a room that was ready and he kindly took my luggage to the room and showed me how to work the heating. This room had a fault and I was swiftly moved and upgraded to a fabulous room with views over Rotterdam. Staff were always helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean bright and superbly located for Rotterdam Central and walking distance to most tourist sites. The area felt safe walking around at night.

I had breakfast is on one occasion- it was good but a little expensive.

We were upgraded to an executive which was an outstanding large room with a picture window view across the city. Very comfortable double bed with good pillows/ Arm chairs, coffee table, desk with chair. Large TV. Handy fridge. Drink making facilities including a welcome coffee machine. Big bathroom with separate shower and big bath. Lighting was also very good. Very good breakfast with a decent vegan choice.

Vegan options and marking of plant based breakfast items could have been better but still excellent breakfast

Wanted a hotel within a 10-to-15-minute walk from Rotterdam Centraal Train Station and located conveniently to explore Rotterdam. The Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam was perfect. So nice that we could drop off our luggage after our cruise and they also let our friends store their luggage as well, since our room was not ready early in the day. The hotel is so centrally located near museums, shops and restaurants. We even walked by the hotel on our Free Walking Tour Rotterdam (which I would highly recommend). Our city view room was so comfortable. Lots of space with a large desk and a couple of chairs. Beautiful views of Rotterdam from the oversized windows. Definitely add breakfast. Love the huge selections of fresh Dutch cheeses, smoked salmon and thinly sliced beef. The bread was so delicious, especially the brown bread with fig and nuts. The bread pudding was a nice breakfast indulgence. The orange juice was so fresh. Grab a latte or cappuccino to start your day. The outside garden is so peaceful for breakfast. If you didn't get enough steps, there is a small gym, but after 26,000 steps, I just relaxed in the sauna late at night. Had the space to myself which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend this hotel for an overnight stay in Rotterdam. One of our favorite hotels for our Holland/Norway/Paris Olympics vacation. Got a great deal on Booking.com.
