Very nice building after old monastery, interesting architecture. Decent size room, even got two rooms inside for price of one. Close to shopping places for grocery stuff. Nice mattress, sensible breakfast. Locker room, very nice stuff. Its not cheap but it delivers in most of the places expected quality.

Could not figure out how to open big window and it was quite hot (we dont like to run AC). It is very nice to walk by the canal to the hotel from train station, but walking via main road not so nice. Limited culinary options around the place, but very nice place on the opposite side of the street. Quite expensive breakfast.

Friendly staff and secure car parking. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast.

The cost of overnight car parking was Euro25 per night… the most expensive in Europe. The location is close to the city, but it’s located close to the Mosque. Walking into the city past groups of young males stood on the street corners was intimidating and not pleasant. We chose an alternative route in the end. Strangely, the coffee making equipment was in the wardrobe and was not found until our second day. There is also no bedside tables.

Located in a vibrant multicultural community, there are many restaurants and grocery shops within walking distance. (Note that it's a 20 minute walk to the downtown area with the canals) Staff treated my children very well, providing extra dishes, pillows, etc. when requested. Everything is recently remodelled and looks great.

We rented several rooms and weren't given any warning that the multi-room apartments are not in the same building as the single-bed rooms. The kids had to walk around the block to get to our main room. Stairs down from the lofts are extremely steep, but this seems to be the Dutch way and they were actually less steep than some of the nearby houses that our friends live in. Air conditioner struggled to cool the whole living space. Bedrooms were very hot in July. Apartment bedrooms have one glass wall with just a sheer curtain for privacy from the other bedroom and the kitchen area downstairs.

Very comfortable hotel with a spacious room that included a kitchen, TV, cabinet, and small dining table — perfect for families with children. Great location, just steps from a bus stop with easy access to the mall and downtown. There’s also a restaurant and bar on-site, and parking was available with our reservation (additional fee), which was very convenient.

I think the only downside was that the door didn’t have an internal lock, which can be tricky when traveling with small children, as they could open the door easily during the night. But just personal opinion…

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel, located in a beautifully restored historic building. Our family room was spacious and well-appointed with two bedrooms, a large living area with a micro-kitchen, high ceilings, and modern furniture, making it feel light and airy. The standout feature, however, was the incredible staff. They were exceptionally friendly and genuinely attentive to our needs. When we couldn't pre-book parking, they were incredibly helpful, consistently checking for availability and communicating updates to us.

The hotel's location presented some challenges for us, primarily due to traveling by car. Parking at the hotel is extremely limited, and the closest public parking option is a considerable 500-meter walk and rather costly. Being located near a large mosque also meant that the numerous surrounding restaurants and cafes predominantly served ethnic, mostly Middle Eastern, food. Reaching the city center required a 25-30 minute walk, which involved crossing the central train station area

The courtyard in this former monastery and the building itself with the coloured glass was super cool. The renovation of this monastery into a hotel is breathtaking and really well executed. It is a very very nice hotel ! Quality food at breakfast. Good cocktails at the bar. Super clean hotel.

The double room was amazing but the single rooms are a bit too small and expensive - better take a double then. The replenishment at the breakfast could be a bit faster. The lounge/bar area was cold at night and the heating was not working at the bar. The furniture in the bathroom of the double room is a bit too minimalist

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, very good cooking facilities, very comfortable beds. 12 minute walk from train station and 20 minutes from the older part of town.

Stayed in a quad loft apartment . Unfortunately weather was very cold during our trip and the apartment living room was quite cold. The staff supplied a heater for living room and one for the downstairs bedroom, along with an extra duvet which helped. The cold did make our stay less comfortable than it should have been. Upstairs was fine. Also the stairs were very steep and would not be suitable for young children or the elderly in my opinion. .

Small but pleasant room with everything to hand. The bathroom was a good size with an easy to use wetroom shower. Good to have your own front door too. The breakfasts were amazing with choice of cooked food or continental available. Great choice and beautifully presented in a lovely dining area. The whole building is gorgeous and it feels good to be in the property. Really enjoyed Utrecht too, a lovely quirky city with great shopping. The Tivoli Vrendenberg where I went to see my favourite band was amazing too. Hopefully I'll be back one day.

Beautiful apartment. Very chic and had everything we needed. Super comfy bed and lots of plug sockets, including right by the bed which is always useful. Hotel itself also looked lovely, the bar and courtyard were fantastic for relaxing in. Good location, was easy to walk to the Jaarbeurs event venue or into town to go shopping.

The apartment kitchen wasn't that clean, there were crumbs around and some of the plates and cutlery weren't clean. Wasn't a massive deal and was easy to clean or use another plate, was just surprised as the standards for everything else were very high. Would still come again though.

The staff was very helpful and helped with our infant, who was traveling with us. The apartment itself was very spacious, and on request, we could get a cot for the baby.

It would seems the apartment we stayed in had not been cleaned properly as you walk into the apartment the carpet was rather stained and dust had gathered on many surfaces and appliances in the apartment. The central heating the last two nights wasn't working so had to switch on the AC to heat up the room.
