The location is amazing and the suite was very comfortable - especially the bed! I’m sure to be back.
There are communication problems - not helped by me arriving at 1.30am. They kept asking me to phone (but i had only email and whatsapp), but really i could have just gone to the sofitel reception and they would have sorted it. They have sky tv - i didn’t know - so toured all the cafes to find a place showing the football when it was available in my room!

Lovely big room overlooking the viaduct basin. Had a bench with a sink and a minimum amount of crockery and cutlery that you could do a simple breakfast or lunch. Room was serviced daily even Christmas day.staff were really helpful in assisting with luggage.

We booked a suite, was nice. Spacious.
The hotel is sited in the Sofitel hotel, quit strange. The reception is in 3rd floor in what seems to be a hotel room. It took us a while to figure out how to reach the reception. Other than that, service was not great.

Regular guest at the Marsden. Great facility and location. Really clean and seamless check-in every time.
You need a Ph.D to be able to figure out how to use the television. Have now given up trying to figure it out after numerous stays.
