Comfortable bed, very clean, good value.

Cost for carpark at $45/night is expensive!

Location is great. Is pretty good value for money. Also nice to have the option to wash and dry clothes in your room. Rooms are clean and fairly comfortable.

Dishwasher didn’t work. I had multiple issues with scam messages which I appreciate might not be the problem of the hotel but made me feel uneasy doing any kind of check in - because we arrived later due to an accident on the motorway I had to complete check in via intercom as there are no staff. We weren’t aware parking wasn’t free (an extra $45 per night) which seems very very steep.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s in a great location, very easy to get around from there. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we were impressed by how professional and friendly the cleaning team was. Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend it.

The only downside was the receptionist on Friday early afternoon. There was no greeting at all — not even a simple ‘hi’ or ‘how are you.’ The attitude came across as unfriendly, cold, and a bit rude, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise great service.

The Carpark is nice and secured only entry by card. No allocated parking so just park whereever there is a free space was nice. its good for the price of the city there is nice cafes on graham road the room is clean and spacious. my room didnt get any view the windows were too high. so be aware that not all rooms actually have a view. so if you are clastaphobic it may pay to get rooms on a higher level. But i still enjoyed my stay. for me the location was perfect. it is near sky city and lots of eateries around. you can even do uber here. although there is no reception at night the accomodation is well secured with keycard access evverywhere. just be careful at night it is dark outside the lobby but the good thing the hotel is quite hidden so it doesnt stand out which is a good thing but not so much when trying to access the building. The best side will be from graham street. right across the sushi place.

reception is not 24/7 and hard to get a hold of.

Location was perfect, only 7 minute walk to my concert venue at sky city so I was able to leave car at hotel. Room was spacious, bathroom was spacious, large comfortable bed. Bonus personal washing machine and dryer in the bathroom with laundry liquid supplied. So much nicer to use than having to use a shared laundry with other guests. Bonus personal dishwasher in the kitchen with dishwash tablet and dishwash liquid. I was able to leave my dishes washing in the dishwasher when I left. Kitchen was ideal for cooking up a quick meal and the tea coffee and hot chocolate supplied were superior brands. Friendly staff on arrival.

Additional $45 for overnight inside carpark was overpriced for me. staff member advised me to use the street parking instead of carpark, as street parking was free from 6.00pm Friday night through to 6.00am Monday morning which covered my overnight stay, and was a nice bonus. Staff member didn't advise me that I needed to put my room card into slot in kitchen to turn lights on, I had to go back downstairs to ask how to activate lights in the room which was annoying.

The whole room was really spacious and tidy. There was also a washer/dryer in the bathroom which was perfect as I’d just finished 3 weeks of travel. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was really clean! Definitely recommend. It was also super reasonable pricing when I booked ($110ish per night).

The check in process is a bit confusing, there wasn’t anyone at the desk when I arrived and no one came when I clicked the buzzer a few times to check in. However I called the Ramada’s contact number and they were able to let me check in remotely and collect my room key through the lock boxes outside of reception. So it all ended up working out! :)

This was our third two-night stay here since January (we were on an extended trip from the UK, visiting Pacific islands and Australia as well as New Zealand. It meant we arrived in NZ three times during our trip. We've previously reviewed the Ramada Suites and can only say that our room had everything that we needed - the laundry facilities in the bathroom were particularly welcome. The property is well situated within the CBD and in short walking distance of the harbour.

We were very happy with everything but maybe little bedside chests of drawers would be better than the tables there at present.

My friends had booked at Travel Lodge where we also stayed last year but i booked at Ramada because we knew we would really only be sleeping at the hotel & saved $200 over the 3 nights. We were very pleasantly surprised at the facilities considering that it was cheaper than what my friends were paying. We had a full kitchenette with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, sink & the bathroom had a washing machine & dryer none of which were included in our friends units. The icing on the cake was the quiet aircon, we were able to have this running all night giving us such a comfortable sleep.

We can't actually think of a negative thing to say about our stay

Excellent location, spacious rooms in apartment with balcony room. Quiet and comfortable would absolutely stay here again. Close to public transit and excellent cafes

Stove and oven were hard to figure out, and had no manual available. Very modern which unfortunately means unnecessarily complicated. Staff great but "upgraded" us to a smaller room without balcony without our approval. Booked the room with balcony months in advance to ensure we had a balcony. Made the check in process more or a hassle than necessary. Washer and dryer great, but dryer vent points into the bathroom so everything gets covered in lint.

Our apartment room was large, well set up and comfortable - even got a view of the sky tower from our window.

The receptionist on duty when we checked in was the most unhelpful person we met in our entire time in New Zealand. She had a complete lack of customer service skills, hardly looked at us throughout the whole check-in process, had an ear bud in the whole time listening to music, when asked about the parking the only answer we got was that "it's full" with no hint or suggestions of where else we could park. She also never mentioned the WiFi access code which wasn't clear to find. This person either needs retraining or needs to find a job they like As it really let the rest of the hotel down - would have been a great hotel experience if it wasn't for this extremely poor service.
