I arrived late night, therefore picked up the keys from a lock box, it was a pretty cool and smooth process. The room was also a decent size and was suitable for my family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child-6yrs). I especially liked the shower which was a adequate size. The bed was very comfortable too and was easily able to accommodate my small family. The rooms also had a washing machine and dryer which was very convenient. I found the rooms to be very clean when I arrived.

I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like but more suggestions for improvement, I was there for 10 nights and requested for cleaning every second day. The first 2 cleaning sessions were great but from the next ones I found the room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, nothing major though. I also did not mention this to reception which I should have. Also, having like a shelf in the shower would be great, as there was no place to put shampoo and conditioner etc.

the room and its contents were clean. Decor was suitable and crisp. Loved that the room had a washing machine and dryer. Thought the bathroom could have been configured a little bit more user friendly, but it wasnt an issue tbh. I really dont have any negative feedback for the room.

The only thing that bothered me was the car park. On arrival i was told that carpark wasnt included in the booking. This was fine. The receptionist issued a carpark (yasss!!), but the carpark was occupied by someone else zzzzzz. Luckily parking was available roadside, so i didnt make an issue of it.

I chose to stay here again for my birthday because of the Frontline Staff and Service Staff who always greet you with a smile. The units are nice, cozy and private with professional, friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to Russel and Thalia at reception if you need extras or assistance they will help you at anytime. Rohini and Service Staff thankyou for the lovely, clean, fresh and beautifully presented rooms. Always appreciate the time and effort and care taken when servicing the units. If u need extra hot chocolate, etc they will accommodate your needs. The hot chocolate is creamy and delicious too. I always stay at quest hotels when I can, guaranteed comfort, the similar rooms, give me the familiar feeling of home, while traveling . The staff are always excellent, friendly, and they go above and beyond, to make my stay trouble free. Plus a washing machine and drier in each room, set them apart

I can't think of anything really. We couldn't get parking, but it was absolutely no bother, we parked on the street beside the front door. It was probably closer anyway!

Easy to navigate, easy to find, inside was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay

Parking and WIFI, when we booked we couldn’t find any details on parking or WIFI and when we arrived only then we found out we had to pay for parking, at this point there is no one at reception after hours so we had to find a pay by plate down the road and walk back to the hotel which is not ideal after hours of travel with 3 kids in tow and the night before a funeral.

Surprisingly quiet location.. maybe other rooms not, but ours was really good (109)

After Hours check in was difficult due intercom disconnecting after 30 - 60 seconds. After many many attempts , rang the number , but they needed me to be on the intercom to be able to unlock the door. After many tries they gave up and transferred me through to a property manager who managed after a bit to get the door open. Finally got in, but probably a 10 min process and we were running very tight on time, so wasn't great.

Everything we could want facilities wise and ample amount of room. The place was clean and the staff helpful.

The bed was really uncomfortable as well as being two singles pushed together so had the additional ridge down the middle. It would also have been better to have the check in information ahead of time. We arrived just after 16:30 and the receptionist had left, we rang the buzzer and got talked through the process on the second ring, however the speaker was really quiet and I felt it could have been communicated earlier to ease the process.

The offstreet allocated parking was great. The room was quiet, warm, comfortable bed and a good sized fridge freezer. It was close to the shopping centres and other amenities.

The lounge chair in the room (301) didn't look very nice. Just worn, stained and should be replaced. There were burn holes in the curtains. I suggest replacing those too.

My room was upgraded which I really appreciated. Had everything we needed and the couch was changed out to a beautiful blue one, loved it!! Had a very comfortable stay.

After being out all day, I returned after 7pm, my card did not open the front door or the apartment. After a few phone calls, I was let back into my room. Thank to the staff for promptly fixing this minor detail.

The apartment was roomy and comfortable and a handy location. Great having the refrigerator and cooking facilities. The receptionist was super friendly and gave us some good advice on what was nearby.

The unit was clean, but there were stains on the sofa which were off-putting. And the Expel-Air (above the stove) didn't work, so we had to open windows (chilly outside) to get rid of the cooking smells.
