Great having the pool close to our room. Lodge cafe was very nice. Walking distance to nice takeaway options.

The room could do with an update, shower etc. But the price for accommodation was fair for the quality.

Nice, tidy , comfortable and quiet stay. Arrived abit later in the night, so slipping into the room after hours was convenient for me . I was grateful for the room upgrade, plenty of extra towels for me , however I was alone so the extra beds lay untouched . Warfrobes and storage space great. Overall, enjoyed my stay and intend to return on next quick trip to Auckland ..

Being woken up at 7am , by the sports team staying to move my car for there big 10 seater van .

Pillow cases smelled a little musty

We liked that it was clean, tidy and comfy. Easy to get to, nice pool, and beautiful lights over Auckland. However, there were ants in our kitchen despite us cleaning it every night, the pool was not open between the hours stated (it was only open for a couple hours in the afternoon), and the trains were just out our windows, which was a bit annoying when trying to put the little ones to bed. But other than that, was a good stay 😊

The location is great, right next to the train station and a lot of restaurants, and is easily accessible from the motorway. We were able to park directly outside most of the time, though parking was not allocated. The room was fairly small but comfortable. There was no air con but there was a fan which was adequate as it was not super hot. We had breakfast in the attached cafe which was really nice.

The pool was not open and was green looking so must have been shut for some time. This was really disappointing as it was a selling point of the motel and the closure was not mentioned on the description.

We were welcomed with a big smile, the facilities were super clean and tidy, the carpet smelled amazing and our small dogs were allowed to accompany us which was the highlight of our stay. There is a lovely cafe within the same complex that looked really nice. Highly recommend!!

Parking is a little tight but that didn't dampen our experience at all.

The location was perfect, very central and just what we were after. The price was low and we were upgraded to a two bedroom unit which was a bonus! The unit was pretty tired but this was to be expected with a low price, if it was upgraded it would have been double the price due to the location. We found the unit to be very clean and tidy, everything worked fine and we were comfortable, would definitely book again.

We needed to park our car on the road due to full cark park but the road was short distance to walk from so not too bad.

Perfect accomodation when attending a gig at western springs stadium with friends. Is close enough to walk to the stadium or a cheap Uber but also super close to the train station to venture into the city etc during the day. Great kitchen facilities in the room too. Checked out this morning and have already booked our next stay here in a couple of months time!

I did not have breakfast. In fact I did not know that there was breakfast. I would have appreciated if it was informed to me while checking in. I appreciated the many facilities provided which includes an iron and an ironing table. Thanks One negative point was, the fridge was rusted at the bottom. Please change it immediately.

It was very conveniently located near public transit and restaurants. The layout of the room was very comfortable with a kitchenette and 2 single beds in a bedroom and a Queen bed in the main area each with separate doors going to the bathroom. The room was very clean and the hotel staff were great.

It’s on a busy street so the road noise was a bit loud and the view of the parking lot was unappealing but the location of the hotel was convenient.
