Amazing room, beautiful space. Will definitely stay again ☺️

Robes are advertised but not available, not a huge thing but didn’t pack mine for the reason that it said they would be with the room. Biggest issue was parking - Don’t think any parking should be charged at this stage with SoHo. We were charged $25 per day for lobby parking which we payed up front. This was not managed well as when we came back someone else had parked there, we were told they would valet park for us at no additional charge, assuming this would be more secure then the lobby, we accepted, this was not the case it was just down the side of the building which had no lighting and open access to the public (Lobby parking was more secure). Following this we still didn’t get Lobby parking that we payed for 🙃

Very clean and awesome customer service. Definitely go back again. Very accommodating with everything and on our last day there i rang reception for a late checkout and said yes and no extra charge. Also loved the shower and deep bathtub in deluxe suite 😄 Thank you to the staff who served us at breakfast every morning and to the manager also. Thanks to chefs for the lovely tasty breakfast meals. Thanks to all at soho hotel for making us feel welcome 😊

Would be nice if there was not a service charge when ringing up for an order or we would of always ring for an order. The hotel would probably benefit more if no service charge. We were disappointed with no buffet which was included in the price as there was not enough people to put buffet on but the manager let us order how many breakfast dishes we wanted which we were happy with but hopefully the next time we go back there is more people to have the breakfast buffet. We unfortunately picked the wrong days to stay there

Staff was amazing, warm, friendly and professional, the bed was super comfortable, I love the fact they didn't require a deposit either, the food from Tiger Bar was exceptional. Highly recommend the creamy mushroom for breakfast, location is good too, right by the motor way and woolworths. I loved how the room was also hight tech, wireless charger, button to close and open curtains and the fact there was windows for fresh air. Even the door at the front was a blast fo walk in and out of, there is also chrome casting available.

Honestly, it was hard to fault, only thing i can suggest is a slightly bigger fridge with a freezer compartment.

Very eye catching when you first walk in.its beautiful. The staff are all very pleasant. They smile and greet you each day. They are easy to talk to and they assisted me with all my enquiries. My mum and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our beds were so comfortable, medium firm. Clean sheets and the room was made up everyday of our 9 days there during Christmas Woolworths is literally a good 15minute walk up the road. I hired a car for our holiday so there was parking right outside the hotel. I would definately recommend tbis hotel to family and friends. I probably will be booking it again in the very near future.

That the sauna/spa was under renovation and that the gym had set hours..

Where shall I begin 💫 😊 Let me tell you—the food is amazing! We were so impressed with the quality and flavor of every meal. The customer service? Absolutely 10/10. Thank you to the incredible team for taking such wonderful care of us. You truly know how to treat your guests right 💯. The space itself is beautiful, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, the décor was a flawless blend of modern, fresh, and homely, and the private spa was the cherry on top. Of course we’ll be back. Can’t wait for our next stay! 🌟

There is nothing to not like!!

Deluxe suite with hot tub. Very nice room, everything gave off that high end feel, perfect for a couple’s getaway. However, the barn door that should close the bathroom didn’t stay closed at all which wasn’t ideal. The outdoor area, although nice, lacked privacy as upstairs onlookers were watching us, the walls that separate us from the rooms next to us are white w circular patterned holes making the next door occupants able to see you and vice versa, defeating the relaxing experience a hot tub often gives. The location defeated the luxury feel having old run down houses right across the street and the view from the hot tub is just the motorway, also the umbrella next to the hot tub was broken. Bed was super comfortable but the pillows gave me a sore neck. TV was easy to connect to.

The Soho Hotel is Beautiful inside & out. The staff are friendly & helpful, Valet parking was on point & our room was clean & tidy with all the bells & whistles needed. Absolutely great stay! The bar staff were amazing. Check in & out was a breeze, with great communication before our stay. Making reservations was easy, no worries. Overall, We had a great stay& we will be back again.

Our group had reservations for breakfast. Breakfast was Good, but it wasn't Great. The food was nice, but it just didn't add up to the high standard the rest of the hotel has. Which is a shame, as it's such a Beautiful place to stay.

I didn't go to the restaurant. I loved the location. Very handy for me to my two mah jong clubs and for visiting family and two supermarkets just down the road. I loved having a decent sized deck and double glazed ranch sliders and a view to the city and Mt Eden. I also liked the electric curtains. Nothing was too much trouble for the ladies on reception and they helped me unload and load my luggage. I liked that there was free off street parking available and also very handy to the motorways. It's lovely to have a beautiful hotel in the suburbs and I'll certainly stay here again. Highly recommended.

I don't like to complain but I found the bathroom fan was extremely noisy but a wonderful shower.

- great customer service (very polite and friendly, multicultural team, kind and happy to accommodate questions and various requests) - beautiful lobby / main areas - conference rooms looked great - super clean and modern - quiet - couldn’t hear noise from other rooms - reasonable pricing - lots of on street parking and also private parking - location close to car dealerships, groceries, international money transfer, laundromat, other amenities, lots of diverse food options for different tastes and budgets (so a great location if arriving in Auckland and not too far from the city) - nice peaceful walks nearby along the river - friendly neighbourhood - accommodating with price matching booking.com and also with storing luggage for the day etc

- privacy of rooms (didn’t have the reflective finishing on the windows so you can see into other rooms from some of them) - the spa wasn’t open yet still under construction - meditation deck could add some natural plants and maybe meditation seats / cushions Not really anything we didn’t like to be honest but a couple notes

Soho was like a five star hotel and very impressive given it's in Mt Roskill. Why go to city hotels this was the same quality in terms of whole decor in reception to elevators very safe and secure with card only entry. The king deluxe bedroom was huge and it didn't matter the view was of highway 20. It was soundproof window but not sure if room was as can hear people passing in hall. The bed very comfy, so technological with automated blinds, light switches and massive tv. Bathroom beautiful and shower with rainfall shower head. Everything abt room was beautifully presented, had comfy chairs and table to sit at. Even had all coffee and tea amenities, but also a nespresso - loved it. It's near motorway so easy to get to airport or city great location. We had dinner in Tiger restaurant first night, nice and spacious, including booths. Yummy food, they make their own prawn shiumai which was delicious, also we had butter chicken and tempura snapper fish and chips. Fish was fresh. The restaurant staff were so professional and friendly We had a Asian guy (sorry not yr name) but he was awesome. Beautiful hotel would stay here again, honestly value for money and I think just the same as staying at the cordis or other hotels in city that are twice the price. Thank you for a great experience

Only thing was parking could be better as it was limited and second night I had to park on road. also we had to take own luggage up on the trolley, it wasn't offered to do take bags on trolley. Also when I checked out to pay my account lady at reception took a phone call and I paid eftpos and left whilst she was on phone. I think after such a great experience, eitheir more receptionist staff should be on desk or they should serve person and not be on phone, as I didn't mind but there was no thanks for staying with us, hope you enjoyed your stay.. That kind a thing but otherwise all good.
