Our 2 night stay here was honestly a breeze, from check in to check out. I was sent a message with instructions on how to get into the property, collect keys/ swipe card… I didn’t have to talk to anyone haha. Literally checked myself in. Just the way I liked it tbh. Bed was super comfy, shower had great pressure, very private and comfortable. The price was unbeatable. Thank you for a great stay!

My room was refreshed while we were out without being asked. I’m not sure who was in our room etc.. Grateful for the fresh towels and clean room, but please ask next time or if the card is on the door for a quick tidy was needed.

Very clean and very safe. Our room was outfitted for handicapped. Everything strictly business. Minimal contact. The concept is unusual. Check in is during a limited window. Otherwise special arrangements are made. Most guests are long term so there is no reason for a person at the front desk. The guest receives a card which allows access to the gated and locked parking, the building and the room. So lots of security.

The person receiving us seemed annoyed by our presence. While everything else was pristine the microwave was rusty and non-functioning. We called for help and even the annoyed staff took a while to figure it out. Other residents, permanent I suspect, quite loud as they entered and left.

Super clean space. Got fresh towels, tea restock and rubbish clean each day; even without asking for the room to be tidied up. Had a wide selection of tea and coffee. Big fridge with a freezer and a microwave. Overall was a nice space with secure gated parking.

We stayed for 5 nights. the room was smaller, even though we spend minimal time there, would been nice to have something little bigger as there was nowhere to put our belongings really. There was minimal storage space, only a couple of hangers to hand something. Only one chair by the desk. No counter-space in the bathroom. The kettle had to been put on the desk under the tv so had to make sure the steam doesn’t go up onto the tv. No kitchen space or counter space either. Not a fan of air fresheners but that’s my own preference and was easy fix with putting it into a closed cupboard and opening the window.

Friendly contact with staff via phone call and text message. Easy and self check-in and check-out process for after hours. Very modern, comfortable and tidy apartment. Loved the secure off-street parking.

Room could have been cleaned better before our arrival. We found a wrapper under the bed and previous guest's empty food packaging in the bin. There was no milk in one apartment and no coffee in the other apartment for us to use, so we had to buy our own. A stove, toaster, kitchen basin, and dining area would have been great, but that was our fault for not checking the kitchenette amenities included within the apartment.

Neat and tidy room, beds, toiletries and towels. It had fridge, microwave, iron box and all cutleries. Well done and superb. It was located in a quiet residential area and close to all amenities even by walk. We can find restaurants, wine shops, pump stations and many shops nearly. Car Parking is marvelous and whole property and all facilities are fully safe and secured with electronic swipe cards…. Noticed multicultural tenants stay there.

Only concern is no toaster in room and not in. Common kitchen. Manager said it was not provided for fire safety reasons…. I couldn’t make my own toasts so had to spend more money outside….

We accidentally left our toiletries at the accommodations and they responded to our message by keeping our belongings safe and letting us pick it up afterwards. They weee very nice staff that let us into the gated property and handed over the keys and wifi information. They also have parking, but it is only 1 car per unit, other vehicles would park off street but there is still plenty of spaces around the property.

They did not answer the phone numbers that they had kept on the reception area to call at any time. There was also no way to leave the key card if we had to leave early (like a drop box) either that or I was not told where it was. We had left the key on the reception desk and just informed them on the app and phone number provided.

This was the second time we stayed here as it was close to family who were unable to put us up. The location is also very close to motorway access and also to main arterial routes. Ground floor rooms have ranchsliders as well as internal access.

The Deluxe room we were allocated had a rather large "NO EXIT" sign above the door (which opens to reception). This sign opposite the bed remained very bright all night along with the green "EXIT" sign, the smoke detectors and various other lights.

Great location with a car, easy to get around to places. Great room with lots of closet space. In-room snacks and drinks for purchase. Has a small coffee machine. Really like the slippers and robes in the room- feels luxurious without having to break our wallets. It’s our second stay this year! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Walls not very soundproof- can hear noises from corridors and road outside. The air conditioner was making noise throughout the night- can be a quick fix by the property manager. Can use a closer scanner at the gate entrance, it’s pretty inconvenient having to park up at the entrance, get down and head to the speaker or scanner.

Prompt communication. Pleasant and professional. Crystal clear instructions in the text they send after booking and prior to arrival. The carpark is gated so fairly secure. There is E-charging available. Very quiet inside. Bed was very comfortable, and HVAC blows cold.

The shower mixer sliderail was coming away from the wall. Awesome rainhead shower!! But a bit too big for the cubicle, and I kept bumping the handle. It's not a major issue, but it's worth noting.

The little things were just not right. One of the beside tables was broken. We asked for it to be replaced, but it wasn't. One of the cups was chipped, there was only one coffee sachet. The shower heater was dispensing cold air, so the bathroom was very misty and the floor very slippery. There was no place to put anything down in the shower...
