The location was perfect, for events at the stadium it couldn’t be anymore perfect. The street up above the train station provides everything you need for a fun weekend and the train station means it is quick and easy to get into town. The service was exceptional, offering a more personal experience with being able to contact for any issues and providing all the recommendations of the area. The carpark being closed off during events for safety and the safety within the building was great.

Unfortunately the bed in our room was super uncomfortable and noisey, any movement on the bed meant it was creaking and moving around. Meant for disruptions anytime the other person moved or got out of bed.

Great staff, very kind and helpful and an easy checkin service, huge room, comfortable bed, business trip for the home and garden show at Eden Park so very handy being across the rode. Excellent location for my needs and a very close walk to a thriving bar/restaurant scene over the railway line and felt safe doing this on my own.

Room had everything i needed. Security was excellent. Felt safe even though I was on my own. Daily services were very good. Staff very accommodating and welcoming.

Not sure the rooms were very soundproof. I could here noise from rooms beside me so was a bit concerned about my TV sound and general moving around my room.

Conveniently located and easy access to train station which takes you straight down to city centre. Food and cafe are also easily accessible. For sports fans, Eden Park is at the rear and just separated by a small road. Room is cozy and comfortable with and the usual amenities, which may even be better than some hotel rooms. Owner is friendly and helpful.

The manager Ichiro-san was so friendly and helpful, taking time to show us around and explain the things around and inside the motel (I think he was doing it to each and every guest!), he even upgraded our room on arrival! The location was simply superb - open the backdoor, the stadium is right there! I was with my son and didn't want to walk around late after the event at the stadium, so this place gave us such comfort and safe feeling. The room was nice and spacious, very clean and comfortable and free secure parking is another good deal in Auckland. The location and the communication with Ichiro-san made our trip so much nicer and special. We would love to come back again when we go to Auckland :-)

Location. Right across Eden Park and Kingsland Station. This is awesome!!

The bathroom door on the unit would not close. We could hear people walking on the corridor from our room. I guess that's just how the rooms have been laid out.

Quaint! Comfy for short stay. Everything we needed except laundry facilities. Bed was pretty good! King size. Towels are wonderful. Ichiro the manager! He’s delightful.

No laundry facilities- would be necessary for a longer stay. Needs a coffee table in front of the sofa.

Location is 10/10 - just 300 metres from the stadium made going to see Luke Combs super easy. We grabbed a quick dinner at one of the awesome restaurants on the Kingland strip and a lovely breakfast there the following morning at Little Q . Will definitely be staying here each time in Auckland.

LIttle bit of noise from other guests. Nothing the proprietor could do anything about really but it is partly inevitable given the layout of the place. Not a major at all. Also, personally I'm not a big fan of arriving and having to phone someone to arrange check in, but it actually was really efficient and not a problem in the end. So just me being old fashioned.

Excellent location. I was in Auckland for Shine Training. Very convenient. Plenty of places to eat and drink a short walk away. Staff were very happy and a pleasure to deal with. I called the owner after my stay for a IRD reciept and they emailed me one in 5Mins. Would definitely recommend Asure to anyone attending the Shine training
