We stayed here for the Luke Combs concert at Eden Park. Was a quick walk rather than relying on public transport. Heaps of great restaurants around and an easy stroll to the city. Bed was comfortable and our two bedroom apartment was spacious. All the tv channels and ok wifi. Two tvs and washer dryer was a nice touch. This met expectations for what we paid.

We didnt realise that checkin closed at 4pm on a Saturday. Took 15 mins of pressing intercom buttons to get the out of hours checkin to work which isnt great. I am not sure I have ever seen checkin close so early! Parking is tight.

Lack of signage. Very difficult to locate. Signage is only on one recessed wall saying Quest. Should be on the left hand wall & right hand at the footpath with an arrow pointing to where the office so it can be seen as you drive from either direction. Saw a couple of clients looking and directed them when we walked out that evening.

Location: my Waze app told me I had reached my destination but I had no clue where the motel was. I circled round and came back and accidentally parked outside the entrance (down an alley) and car park that you needed a card to get access to. I thought you must get to it round the back, but there is no back entrance. I circled back round again and ended up parking on the opposite side of the road so that I could walk across and figure out how to get in there. Receptionist was lovely. Gave me a swipe card and I ended up having to circle round again so that I could turn into the car park. All the circling around added 20 minutes onto my journey which had already been a 3 hour drive. The room had everything I needed in it. Was a lovely temperature. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a log.

Not being able to find it easily after such a long drive. Maybe it would help if in the accommodation information they advised customers they need to park across the road and walk over to get a swipe card before they can access the car park.

Location is close to everything! 1 bedroom living room area is huge. The beds were comfortable .

After hours, the check-in process is not easy. Used the intercom, but I kept getting cut off. Once I got into the lobby area, the envelope left on the reception desk was not my envelope. The duty manager sorted it for me in the end. Only one towel provided per person is not enough. Had to call for a second towel. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Location central to Ponsonby, K Road. Great vibe. Room amenities spot on. Kitchen, laundry, spacious living area. Nice view to Mt Eden. Metro supermarket around corner.

Sticky flush button on toilet, Shower soap dispenser not easy to operate, Soap reservoir seemed too big for the plastic cover/pump.

Great Location with a comfortable bed and lovely shower. will defiantly consider staying here when need a hotel in Auckland. Washing machine and dryer in bathroom would be useful if we were staying longer. Good communication when we needed a later than expected check-in. Onsite parking a bonus.

There are no dressers or drawers for clothes. Only one large and one small closet with a total of 5 hangers. Wall hooks would have helped. Also, Teflon frying pans would have been nice out er wise the kitchen was stocked nicely. Loved coming back to a very clean apartment with fresh towels (also fabulous) at the end of the day. The manager, Dhee was engaging, helpful, and delightful!

The communication with the reception was excellent. The location was handy to everything we needed to do and options for meals and meetings were great. The access to the room was easy and there was carparking available. The rooms are serviced and the kitchenette and facilities were great.

All in all, this is a great option for work and some leisure time. It is handy to many conveniences. It was a bit noisy at night. To be expected in the city but not sound proof.

It had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Within walking distance to bars and restaurants in the heart of Ponsonby/K Road. Very quiet and street parking out front from 6pm and free on Sundays. It cost us $3 to park there Saturday from 4pm-midnight. Late check out available for an additional cost.

A great city location - handy to restaurants, buses, shops and the arts. own parking area which was a blessing. Room was serviced every day.

Our room felt like being in a box as quite small and no outside vista. - windows tightly shut and shuttered which meant no natural light. wardrobe doors impossible to use - so stiff and out of alignment.
