We had an amazing stay at The Bothy on Cashmere! The location was perfect, offering a stunning view across Christchurch. We were lucky to have gorgeous weather, and the pool was a wonderful addition for a refreshing swim. There are plenty of great places to eat, all within a short 5-minute drive or a pleasant 15-minute walk. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the shower was fantastic. Our host was truly lovely and made us feel right at home. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay!

Breakfast was lovely and plenty was left there to enjoy, snacks etc. It was very comfortable and not too far from town.

Better signposting as we drove up and down the road a few times, stopped and asked another house about its location and where to park the car etc. Other than that, once we found it and were inside it was very lovely, peaceful, comfortable and we were well accommodated.

The Bothy was gorgeous, beautifully complemented by the surrounding garden and views. The host Jen was very kind and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Jen, we hope to get back there again some day :)

Nothing - everything was perfect

Beautiful grounds set back in Cashmere hills. Bird song and the view was amazing. Jen was super welcoming and the snacks and breakfast was great. Comfortable bed and everything thing you need for a night or a week away. Wish it wasn’t raining as the pool area looked like an awesome place to enjoy a lazy day set in the garden.

Lovely property and well set up. Appreciated the bottle of wine and food offered for breakfast . Very homey.

This place is magical. I needed a safe haven to rest my weary brain. Cashmere Boothy provided that haven and so much more. Beautiful views, hours of tranquillity and, oh... the family really have a "Secret Garden" together with a perfect situation over looking Christchurch City far away from reality. Jen helped me in with my bags because, at times, I need to use a crutch. Nothing was too much trouble & I felt safe here. Thank you Jen. I shall return sooner rather than later for a much longer stay. I am so grateful to have found the Cashmere Bothy. Thank you for being there for me.

Very lovely host, the wine and nibbles were an unexpected bonus and so much food in the refrigerator for the self catering breakfast. Perfect location for us as we had appointments and friends to see in Cashmere. Parking is on the street, but lovely neighbourhood so not a problem. Very good value when you take the extras into consideration.

Absolutely perfect for our needs. With family in town not far away, it was our home away from home. Comfortable, quiet and warm. We will be back. A pleasure to find this oasis. Only hope it is not booked when we require it again.
