We stayed for one night in March 2025, a family of 5 adults, so we took two rooms. The beds were big, the rooms clean and spacious, the host left tea coffee sugar and creamer for us, which was great since it was our first day in NZ after a long flight. There is a nice coffee shop right under the place and we tried various restaurants at a walking distance(each one to his taste).The place was quiet and accomodating, good hot water.We took an Uber to get there(cheaper and arriving quicker than a taxi ), about 20 minutes from the airport. All in all, everyone was very happy. Thanks

A 10 minute walk from the main Bus Interchange. A bit outside the CBD, in an up and coming area near the Stadium. A short walk to restaurants and a supermarket. The studio was very small but well set up. There's a nice large full shared kitchen and lounge area and a small coin operated laundry room up on the top floor.

The bathroom was a little tight. The studio was on the ground floor with the bed next to the window. The path right outside is used as parking and a cut-through walkway for seemingly everyone going to and from the neighborhood bars. Really noisy at all hours.

The location is AWESOME, walking distance in heart of city to stadium, supermarkets and cafes. The apartment style room was super spacious, it felt like a house with a mezane for the kids and 2 bathrooms. Loved the washing machine and externally ducted dryer for convienance after a long trip. Full kitchen and cooking facilities. Highly recommend this place particuarly as we found it good value for money for a family with teens. Definitely plan stay again!

Our apartment was up some steep stairs, I was limping so that wasn't ideal and wouldn't recommend the apartment for disabled; however they have many other room options! Parking was limited.

We stayed in this hotel on our first trip to Christchurch in 2023 and in 2024 we travel to North Island. This year 2025, we came back because of the good service, facilities and location of this hotel. The location is easily walkable to the CBD and most eating area. We love it so much that upon our travels throughout the South Island, we book again before our flight home. We have plans to visit Christchurch again in 2026 and will definitely stay here again.

The parking that is chargeable of NZD 15 per day. Hope it should be provided free to the guest.

Big room, comfortable bed, super clean and a tv in both the living space and bedroom was fantastic. Location is close enough to a tram stop and walking distance to most of the main attractions. Cafe and restaurant options near-by were fantastic as well.

We were given a room with a disability bathroom which is great for accessibility however we felt the bathroom let the room down as it wasn't as upscale as the pictures suggested. Also weirdly the staff changed the couch and cleaned the room before without asking us when we put a do not disturb sign on the door . We came back to a room we weren't expecting to be cleaned with a different couch - so weird!

great apartment, with super facilities. good location and close to the center.

we had a last minute booking and i filtered the results to include onsite parking to help chose where we would stay. didnt see the email until we arrived at the property to be told i needed to message property about parking and that they didnt have any spaces free for our 1 night stay. very unhelpful on this matter apart from you can try the street outside and it "should" be ok after 2pm. we had a young 7 1/2" month old infant so chose this due to onsite parking and very early flight the next day where we departed apartment before 4am. this soured what was an otherwise lovely apartment in a great area of town.

Centrally located, walking distance to the bus station and downtown Christchurch and to the bus stop for the airport. Staff are friendly and flexible. The bed was firm and comfortable. Great shower. The room we had was tight but well laid out, with dishcloths, dish soap and all kitchenette essentials provided AND an excellent collective kitchen — fully stocked with new pots and pans, colanders, dishware — and lounge just upstairs for the use of all guests. Plus laundry room with detergent provided. All in all, an excellent place to stay at a reasonable price for travellers like us who prefer to prepare our own meals on the road.

The room is tight, but adequate.

Room was fantastic, very clean, modern & luxurious. Kitchen was a good size, living room was comfortable and was nice to be able to come back to a cold room with the aircon going. Staff were friendly and helpful, asked for extra towels and 3 extras were provided no charge. They found the perfect time to service the room, getting in while I was out for an hour and left the room spotless. Bathroom is spacious and modern, and I really enjoyed my whole stay! Bonus was having an awesome cafe right outside your door, which had fantastic food and quick service.

Could do with a bit of soundproofing, could hear people walking in the hall/room above me and when I was in the living room I could hear noise through the walls from the room next door. Bedrooms were soundproof!

Location really close to the city and the bus interchange, which is extremely convenient. There is also a very nice supermarket across the road from the bus interchange, and a Pak 'n Save just down the road from the hotel, which make it easy to grab groceries. I fully expected a "motel" feel in the hotel, but everything from the reception, facilities and the rooms felt like a usual hotel. The amenities were of a good quality as well.

Nothing, but I would say that my room was an okay size for someone who worked full time and travelled alone. This room, and anything smaller, will be a tight squeeze if you want to live in the room with another person, however, it's Christchurch and you're right in the city, so it's easy to go find things to do outside of the hotel

Found it to be in good location. Not overly noisy. Nice clean room. Can walk into the centre easily. Bus station about 5 mins wall away. Many varied eating places close by.

Minimal room at the end of the bed to squeeze round (& not hit the television) to get to other side or open the window/curtains. No chair or even a small table in the room, seems I was expected to eat or drink anything laid on the bed, or standing. Given it is equipped for simple food prep this omission was more than strange. Trendy LED bedside light are so bright, you have to avoid looking at them as they are blinding.
