The room is nice. The shower is the highlight of the stay. It's a comfy stay. You've got all the basics in the room. The only downside is the checking-in is a bit unusual as you have to ring a number to check in and there are stairs to climb to most rooms, but I enjoyed that as it reminds me of being on a cruise ship. It's very close to the city and it's only a 5 minute walk to PnS. Bus stops are very close by. It's a nice stay. It's a quiet motel. The room size is good. The room's are clean and tidy. I will stay at the Colombo Lodge again especially if they can offer me the same price's I got on this trip.

Checking out was the hardest thing we've had to do in a while simply because we felt so at home, we didn't want to say goodbye.

Room was well set up and tidy. Yay for air con and heavy drapes as we were right on the road. Beds were comfy and room was well equipped.

Our room was upstairs thru multiple heavy fire doors. it would have been nice to have had a hand with our luggage as no lift. Cleanliness could have been a little better, toe nail on the floor, dust in corner and a dust and hair ball next to vanity but overall it was ok. I booked this accom particularly due to needing 2 single beds but received an email after booking saying I had to call on day of arrival to request the single beds again even tho my booking went thru with the request. Once I got into bed, the bottom sheet didn't cover the whole mattress so I had to remake my bed at 11pm. Just alot of small issues that became annoying.

Location was convenient for city and room was in great condition and very clean. Good basic accommodation for anyone looking for somewhere to sleep and shower.

No reception staff present at hotel while we were there, although were very responsive remotely by phone. Had a room with a skylight window (no other window). If there was a way of controlling this then we didn't figure it out so didn't have any natural light. It opened automatically at 4.30am and then shut a few mins later, waking us up and making room very cold. Wouldn't bother paying extra for the skylight window again.

Convenient location and also it was convenient that it had parking on premises

There was no one at reception and only option was to call over the phone. Being turists we had no phone connection so we had to ask a neighbour to lend us a phone to call the hotel manager for check in access. It would be good to have a whatsapp option instead or send the self check in instructions via booking.com messages for guests that only have data connection (as us, but don’t have an option to call over the phone).

It suited us for the location close to next days business Not a bad walk into town approx 15 minutes with Pam n save close and a food truck lot in the next block up from the motel Room spacious and bed pretty good and it was very quiet

No clear instructions when checking in … the hotel front is from the back in the car park … but quick to respond and sort it out and let us in .. not traditional motel as such … more like rooms joined with corridors ….

Room was spacious. Near the city centre. 8/10 clean. The contact person was easy to speak with, he was very nice. My booking said I have a room in the ground floor with no window but ended up in the 2nd floor with a window 😃. Overall, it was 8.5/10 experience, will definitely book again.

Lamps didn't have bulbs. It would be nice to have a floor mat and rubbish bin in the bathroom. Electric kettle was dirty.

The room was big and everything was working. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The staff was nice and accommodating. I thought that the "no window" would be depressing, but it was quite cozy. And both the room and the bathroom have ceiling windows, so it's actually kinda nice.

The carpet needs cleaning or replacing. Some stains on the furniture, but not much.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room at back was sunny and big with kitchen and separate bedroom with comfy king size bed, great bathroom. Clean and quiet, overlooking parking area and beer library. Prefer this location with restaurants, coffee corner, opshops and lots more to downtown, which is less than 10min walk away. Good value for money. Would stay here again

Lovely room for a cheap price, kind staff and amazing location.

Our room seemed to be situated near an outdoor area where smoking was aloud and even though the windows were closed a strong aroma of cigarette smell was in the room when we arrived back from a outting.
