Good location near Hagley Park and also within walking distance of the railway station. The staff in reception were friendly, courteous and very helpful, both in keeping my luggage safe when I was away for a day or two and in helping me get to the airport when I left. Really top notch service.

The only drawback for me was not much in the way of restaurants nearby. I didn’t have a car so I had to make sure I’d either eaten or had bought food with me when I got back to my room in the evenings. ( The facilities for preparing food were fine. This wouldn’t be a problem for people with a car.

Comfortable and central to everything. Parking right outside our door, easy instructions for self service check in and out. Facilities for cooking just like a home away from home. Friendly staff with great recommendations of things to do. Reviews people complained about the WiFi however we had no troubles with it.

Was quite difficult to do laundry as it wasn't open on the time specified and when you try to do it in the evening other people are using it. But this is just a minor thing.

Appeared to have been recently renovated and not quite finished by the time arrived, eg curtains ill fitting and toilet paper dispenser fell apart the first time I touched it. WiFi in my room haphazard depending on where you are in the room (sometimes only next to the door or not at all - can be very frustrating!) No access to a light or lamp when in the bed

The renovated rooms have a modern feel. The unit has a heat-pump and bathroom heater. The beds were comfy and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Excellent value at $152 a night. Close to the city centre and across the road from Hagley Park.

There was nothing really to dislike. Something to stop the beds rolling so freely around the floor on their castors would be handy. This is due to the lovely wooden polished floors.

Great location, everything you needed, spacious and excellent value for money including free wifi. Staff are very friendly and very accommodating, easy no contact check in and out service using a lock box for key that's txt to your phone before arrival. Can't beat the location especially for value, walking distance to hospital and CBD and easy 5min drive to Westfield shopping mall in peak traffic

Only negative comment was there was nowhere in the shower to put your soap or shampoo and the toilet roll holder was in an awquid position on the door but these had just been freshly decorated so wasn't a big deal at all.

We got there way earlier than check in time and were going to drop off our bags while we go walk around but when we got there, they were happy to get our room cleaned up sooner so we were able to check in earlier. It was close to the city and hospital, about 15 minutes walk. Stayed 3 nights, was quiet, not really any noise even with other units next door and just by the road.

The single bed kept moving everytime you moved, ot would roll a bit. There was no milo/hot chocolate provided so my daughter wasn't able to have hot drinks.

We requested to enter our room earlier than our original booking which they accommodated by an extra few hours. Communication is excellent with instructions for Key collection from security boxes. Inside bed had lovely fresh, crisp sheets. Decent sized Kitchen with fridge (with bottle of milk for teas,) kettle, microwave, teas & coffees. Spacious bathroom with hairdryer, sachets of toiletries, clean towels. Clean, great facilities and felt very private, secure and well attended to. Upon leaving staff were friendly. A great, well run hidden gem. Thank you

Bed was comfortable. Room had an air con. And there was plenty of room for parking. Manager was very accommodating. Moved my sister's into a bigger room with no problems. Just had to pay the price difference. Also the location was pretty central. Close to riccarton and within 10km or so of city center

Perfect position for Hagley Park. Manager is very kind, friendly and helpful. I've stayed once before and this time the room I had (10) had far better wifi cover

The washer and dryer almost always gives trouble. Thanks to the manager for helping me out.... again! Cleaning of room was a bit sporadic this time
