for a cheap rate, this place has everything a traveller needs, a comfy bed, clean facility, a good shower, off road parking. Can't complain about anything. It isn't the Hilton but the manager was kind and the place was great for me. I went back again a week later for a personal trip and stayed there again so there is confirmation I would rate this place good to high.

I was late coming into town and the only thing I would ask if that the reception hours would be noted on their motel website or Booking.com. In the end, they rang me [I was driving] but I got there 1 minute late but he was still there for me. So thanks for that.

The location is central, as far as the town is concerned. The room is big, with all necessary facilities, including a fridge, a microwave and all necessary cutlery, plates, cups etc. It is very convenient, especially since I was there on a national holiday, so that everything was closed except for the supermarket. The room is a bit old, but it does oddly create a nostalgic, homely feeling. The host/owner is also very nice.

While the room was basically clean, there were a few spots that weren't cleaned (e.g. the top of the microwave had a thick layer of dust) - not really a big deal, but still. While the price is good compared to other options in Levin, it isn't cheap, considering it's not a major tourist destination. Perhaps it's because there aren't too many options around.

The room was clean and in excellent condition. The heater was on when I returned which being winter was a nice tough.

Room 7 is close to SH 1, maybe 20 metres. The heavy trucks did not stop rumbling past until about 11pm and started up again around 5:30am. The bedhead is located under a window. The cold draft forced me to move the bed into the middle of the room.

Second time visiting. We arrived early from out of town with a child, and we were allowed to check in early. Staff are always lovely and rooms are clean and well presented. Parks are right out the front of your room for ease of unloading car.

The lighting was a bit dark, and the net curtains didn't appear to open, we opened the door in the morning to allow in natural light.

The unit was spacious, clean and had everything that I would expect. The plus was the shower dome.. The bathroom was steamfree and the mirror was still dry. And the other outstanding detail was the note on kitchen wall saying..to leave all dishes you have used so their can sterilize before next guests. I

I guess the access due to road works wasn't ideal. But that wasn't their fault and should not put people off

Good location. Very nice owner & staff. Spacious room. Good facility in the room for family. Very good for family but I don't think it a romantic place to stay.

Sometime can be noisy at night, close to the road, trucks passing by.

We booked st very short notice and although we never met the staff they helped us get into the room after normal check-in time. The room was not flash, large or modern but it was well maintained and clean with everything we needed. It was also in a very convenient location fof us.

Room was quite small and dated but fair value for money so not really a problem, and it was all we needed for a quick stopover.

I arrived late on a cold Thursday night and greeted by the cheerful owner. He had my room ready with the heatpump going and electric blanket on low. A lovely warm welcome.

Not any fault of the owners but road works going all night. Sound was minimal but that's all I can winge about.

We were travelling late and the people were very kind, helpful and accommodating. They had put the heating on which was much appreciated in August. The shower was hot with a good flow ( husband approved) and everything was comfortable and spacious.

All was good.

We very much appreciated being able to check in early. The room had everything we needed, i.e. an electric jug, microwave, cups, plates and cutlery. The bathroom in the Queen standard room was spacious, perfect for someone with a disability.
