The rooms were very clean and the size of the room was perfect for us, our room had a sea view which was beautiful. The shower pressure was awsome and our kids had a great time. Receptionist/Manager was amazing and very helpful, we checked in late and we missed the laundry Matt. She helped us out and sorted our washing out for us. She was very friendly.

We booked 2 rooms for our family in one booking, 2 adults and 6 kids. We were separated to room 1 and room 15. I would have liked to have known how far apart we were earlier so I could change the booking so we were closer together. But in saying that.. our kids still had a awsome time and the rooms were awsome!

Staff was amazing and very helpful. Pictures are a bit outdated but the rooms really had what needed. There a few issues around the site but minor inconveniences and the friendliness of the staff far outshone it. We stayed in room 15 which was kitted with a spa bath and oven, which not many units had.

Beds and couches were ok for the stay but could have been more comfortable. The tumble dryer was broken and the pool had an issue with the lining but the staff really made up for it and minor inconveniences as we ended up swimming and having a load done anyway.

Loved every single thing about our stay! The lady that checked me in was so lovely and welcoming. We stayed in the family room which has now become my most favourite place to stay in napier. Rooms were nice and large, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were nice and comfy. The room has the most beautiful view, got up early just so I could have my coffee and take it all in. Can't wait to stay again!! The manager was absolutely lovely!! Hated leaving to be honest, we'll be back

Very clean, a studio unit so compact, but had everything I needed. The step up into the bathroom might be difficult for older people.

The room guide does needs updating, quite a bit of incorrect info, e.g. said you could order breakfast, but this has not been the case for a long time. Referred to your room telephone extension, when this was clearly abandoned a long time ago when everyone got a mobile. Other guests smoking outside my room a bit intrusive. I would have thought a smoking place well away from the rooms would be the norm now.

Nice,clean and tidy. Good hot water for shower and spa bath. Excellent Towels. The next day. We came back at end of the day to better made beds and fresh new towels. It was nice to see this.

Pull out couch not a bed for a 6 foot tall guy. This was fit for a young child. Not very comfortable and to short. When booking for 3 adults we expected a bed for everyone to sleep in. Maybe a bigger rubbish bin in kitchen or a bin outside so we could get rid of our own rubbish from the room.

Close to everything and beach

As I checked in not very welcoming the front desk lady needs to work on her smile and customer service no top ups on coffee and sugar area nor milk didn’t vacuum floors dirty unprofessional cleaners I was a cleaner at a hotel and we made sure guest room was spotless that’s all.

We received a warm, friendly welcome. Our room was very clean and well equipped for a weekend stay. Bed was very comfy. Hosts are attentive and helpful.

We booked the Executive Suite. The bedroom furniture is outdated. The outdoor furniture needs upgrading to be made comfortable and more inviting. The courtyard also needed a good sweep. It would have been nice to enjoy a couple of drinks and nibbles in the outside courtyard, especially with the warmer weather now.

The staff were very friendly we stayed for 2 nights, all rooms were packed but the receptionist remembered my face and listened to why we came down and on our departure asked about our trip to splash planet so gratefull for good hospitality thank you. Room got serviced and towels got changed was good to relax

Accommodation was great. The room we had was a 2 bedroom unit and each room was a great size, the living area was also very large and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were also very good. The lady who met us at reception was also very helpful and friendly, very welcoming.

From the moment we arrived very welcoming. Rooms were all sorted. Paid on the spot and we went to the rooms. Beach was literally just out the door and across the road. Nice spot indeed. We will stay again and recommend as well. The Habitat, great service, food was scrumptious 👌
