Receptionists friendly and welcoming. Nice lobby entrance. Liked the cold drinking water available in the reception area. Enjoyed happy hour and staff were readily available at the bar throughout the day. Room was a great size for family of 3. We were road facing and road noise was hardly noticeable. Breakfast was great! Chef continually cooking and topping up buffet. We managed to get free parking at either the rear hotel carpark or on the street each night. No problems there. We had an awesome family break.

The only thing we noted, is that due to the layout of the hotel (long sweeping hallway for each level) you will hear every door close (slam) during your stay.

Our stay was excellent in most regards - the room was clean, well set out with a lovely clean bathroom. The shower was excellent. We ate at the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the food was well presented. Car parking was simple and easily accessed.

The stay was really good and therefore we had no issues. We have stayed in the hotel before - it is easy to access.

Room was absolutely beautiful it was massive and well thought out. Very clean and well maintained, big wardrobe had plenty of space. Shower has amazing pressure very relaxing, big range of toiletries to use. I like a very soft bed and I found the bed to be abit firm for me but wasn’t to bad. Great car parking. Breakfast was delicious had massive selection of food and was all fresh and well stocked.

Some of the light switches didn’t work it wasn’t a big deal as they do have multiple outlets so a simple fix should sort it out. Wish we stayed a couple more nights.

Great location, immaculate room and easy parking. Comfortable sleep in fully equipped room. Good service and breakfast in comfortable restaurant / bistro.

Received the hard sell at check in to join Accor Club for $200+, politely refused and then asked again. Unpleasant check in. Check out on the other hand was excellent, good job. The window view was severely restricted with outrageous wooden slats, with a sticker to say that the "Council made us do it', to protect the privacy of nearby by residents. I get it, but at least use something less grotesque than railway sleepers. Happy Hour is advertised as 5-6pm which we duly attended only to be told cocktails happy hour was 4-5pm with no advertisement. Sneaky move.

Dinner was great. Room was comfortable and good size.

My shower was slanted towards the bathroom door and couldn't be straightened. i didn't bother mentioning it because it had obviously been happening for a while as the bottom of the door had a lot of water damage. Parking was difficult even if it was paid for. No parking available when I came back from dinner. Some guests had their name on parks.

The room service was really great. The staff were friendly and accommodating and responsive. The food from the restaurant was really nice.

Our floor lamp wasn't working and when we tried turning it on the bulb blew and sparks flew and it left a scorchmark which gave us a fright. It blew the fuse out. There was no apology or compensation and no new floor lamp either.

The Novotel was central to where we needed to be over the weekend, the rooms were well presented. There is tea & coffee with a jug, mugs and glasses. There is a large bathroom with an excellent shower. The television gave access to the Novotel site guide.

We were disappointed that there was no onsite parking, The Novotel was fully booked, there was no allocated onsite parking available. We were not happy about parking on the street. There are no plates or cutlery available in your room.

Rooms were nice and clean. We asked for fresh towels daily and they were in before we finished breakfast. Prompt service. Breakfast was nice. There was a young gentleman on the first morning we had breakfast who was very good with kids showing them how to use the pancake mashine. Thank you for that 😊 Location was great

The hotel is very modern and clean with exceptional staff service. Both the evening meal and breakfast were sumptuous and tasteful. The suite was very well laid out, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom area very clean. I will stay again in the future.

Nothing. Everything met my expectations

Friendly and professional front service staff. Very welcoming. Spacious comfortable room. A special mention to housekeeping that our room was serviced so beautifully. Restaurant was overall pretty good as was buffet breakfast.

A good expresso coffee should be available at all times. I didn't like that I couldn't get one in the afternoon. At least provide a decent Nespresso in the lobby if not in the room. Coffee is a deal breaker for me it should be available at all times.
