It was very roomy, the beds were comfortable good location to town, friendly and helpful management. The spa bath was big and proved to be a great therapy after long days of walking

Because of our unit's location at the far end of the complex, the WiFi was a bit patchy and slow. A minor issue, easily remedied by using our mobile data

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The accommodated my late check in and were made sure I had everything I needed. The location is fantastic - just a 15 minute walk to the CBD or 10 minutes to the seawall walkway. It is a budget-friendly option so isn't super fancy, but is very comfortable and I felt secure as a single woman travelling alone. I would definitely stay here again!

The motel is located on a main road which was very traffic heavy, but that was to be expected.

Great location close to the park, shopping, laundry next door and not far from the beach. Very friendly stuff, clean room, well equipped kitchen.

The water was only cold. Also in the shower😅 But it was OK though. It's a bit old and could use a renovation but still is a great place to stay. Beds are very soft. We would come again.

It was clean and really comfortable, close to supermarkets and Restaurants. Raewyn was super helpful, even putting a leg of lamb in her freezer for me, she wrapped it in newspaper, even put a freezer brick in the plastic bag for me to take on a long trip home.

We arrived too late to either order breakfast or enjoy the pool/spa (our own fault, of course, as we were travelling) but the proprietor was very kind and accommodating with our late arrival. There were lots of heaters available which was great as the nights have been cooling down. Although the facilities are getting older, the bedding was fresh and new and clean and very comfortable.

I liked everything from the stay to the receptionist... everything was perfect and too good to be true. Every thing was close by, from the shops to restaurants. It is situated perfectly in the town... easily accessible by car and price was really good...will come back again

Central location meet all our requirements. Supermarkets & takeaway/eat in all in close proximity. Was all we needed for our weekend away to experience the sights & activities New Plymouth has to offer, especially the Festival of Lights, which was so cool and the infamous board walk. Amazing beaches & sunsets

The traffic noise at times but being on a main intersection we coped.

The rooms were a great size perfect for a family with kids nice and spacious. Big kitchen all the cooking facilities. Great location for walking to diner and bars.

Having to book pool and get key each time. Thought was just open .... Was nice to have to ourselves but was abit of a pain booking and having to get lady to unlock each time .

Very clean, had everything we needed. Super central location. Loved the pool and spa. I had read that the indoor pool was heated, which it isn't. There's a lovely hot spa pool and from there we would plunge into the cold pool, but in winter it's definitely cold!

The reception lady was lovely and helpful. Room was nice and basic.

The write up information on room from booking. Com was wrong and we didn't have spa bath which we were looking forward too. We had issues with hot water but was quickly resolved by office lady.
