Location to concert venue, centre city shopping centre, food places, and to the coastal walkway is excellent. The bed was queen size, and very comfortable. The TV was a decent size. It had good Wifi. Quiet unit.

Stayed in unit 2, with wet room shower with water spraying all over entire bathroom floor. Only had 1 towel each for full overnight stay, so had nothing to wipe up the floor with, and used the smaller hand towels to build a ‘dyke’ to keep the water as contained as possible from the actual toilet. I suppose it was a wheelchair accessible unit, but a slip hazard for others. That was the only thing I disliked, and would request NOT to have the room because of it, or else ask for extra towels. The charging unit for electric cars was immediately outside the unit door, so cars were coming and going charging right outside, however, they were quiet.

we didnt eat breakfast there. The room was tidy and clean. No smells, clean bedding. Staff were very accommodating, Good heating plus electric blankets for bed. water pressure good.

We were in room 18. I could hear the cars on the road clearly so maybe window seals need changing. If you are a light sleeper dont get room 18 haha. could feel a little cold draft coming from under the door but heaters were constantly on and they worked well. No shower caps 😭

How nice and friendly the staff/owners were. They were honest about the surcharge on paywave and credit cards so we were able to pay a different way. Also so welcoming saying the heater was already on in our room and making us aware of the heat pump that was not yet working so we did not break or interfere with it as it was still in the process of getting all wired up. Very easy to talk to and helped to make us feel at home right away.

Not much - the shower in our room was out of shampoo but other than that there were plenty of supplies in the bathroom and kitchen. I also didnt like how we were only able to stay the one night (at our own choice - nothing to do with the availability) as it was such a lovely place and so close to the town.

The room was booked for non-E nglish speakers. The staff was super friendly and they even went the extra mile to print out a paper of all the key info in our own language. The location is great! The room is super clean. Everything was perfect! You will feel welcoming from the time you enter the property.

Great location! you can see the waterfront from just outside the carpark, and easy walking distance to 'spoilt-for-choice' food options. Nice, clean and comfortable.

Bathroom floor a bit slippery after a shower despite using the extractor fan and bath mat.

excellent motel, travelled with3 other adults and 1 child. Close to beach, city centre restaurants etc.,. Would definitley recommend to others and will be my first option if visiting New Plymouth again.

Excellent location, walkable to the seaboard walk and library and Puke Ariki Museum and shops. Plenty of car parking. Good value rate. Room was a little tight and upstairs. I would ask for a downstair room next time. Got nice thai meal at the local restaurant precinct. Was a three minute walk.

Room a bit tight. Would have liked a ground floor room but that's just my personal preference.

Great facilities, cool apartment on second level was clean and tidy and comfy beds and spa bath with jets, good little kitchen set up and had a stove top cooker, air conditioning was also a Great bonus, hosts were lovely and was great overall, also loved the cute Guinea pig they had downstairs would be great for kids to go look at! Overall a great homely place!

Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room was bright and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Close proximity to walk to museums and restaurants and the forshore.

Easy to access and very close to where we were visiting. Great customer service from the staff - offering fresh milk was a nice touch and if I was there for longer, I would have said yes!

The room was a bit cold when I arrived, but I actually did appreciate the windows being open, and the room being aired out.
