Was a nice little room, the bathroom was very modern and nice, massive mirror. The bed was massive and there were plenty of blankets and extra pillows aswell

Parking wasn’t the greatest. Very tight parks, if 1 person parked wrong it throws off everyone else and you end up having to park on the road. The pillows were either incredibly hard or incredibly soft and you may as well just sleep straight in the mattress. The curtain was too big for the window. I would have liked a service/no service sign for the door if we didn’t need a service. The shower curtain also had some weird things come off if it when you pulled it across, like it was moldy and had never been cleaned.

Great location with nearby supermarkets, gas stations and fast food. Great friendly staff. Room was a great size, comfy bed. Air conditioning was a life saver.

Its nitpicking a minor issue but would be good if TVs had smart features. I believe this is more useful than sky as people often have streaming plans etc that they would like to make use of. Still a great experience and would 100% go again

We enjoyed our stay here. From the reception (Naomi), who’s accommodating, friendly, recommended to go areas around New Plymouth to the easy access and location very handy to cbd, shops and supermarkets! Clean and cosy place, my family esp kids loved it! Highly recommend esp if you have kids with special needs, shower is easy accessible. I suggest order the K chicken and beer around, so yummm 🤭

The motel has excellent facilities and is exceptionally clean. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and a powerful shower — everything was well thought out. The location is perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants. We also had a beautiful mountain view. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the staff provided outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Our Hosts went to extra lengths to provide for our need for gluten free breakfast and make sure we had what we needed. Very welcoming and helped to carry our bags up the stairs as we are an older couple. The studio was well serviced each day and very clean. The location is great for cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and city shipping and a moderate walk to Puke Ariki, The Wind Wand and the waterfront walkway, and also to Pukekura Park

Leach street is busy at times and can be difficult to cross for older people. The kitchen light, when it is on, is painful on the eyes when trying to watch TV.

Huge room with space to sleep 4. Basic kitchen with hot plate and fry pan . Rails in level entry shower. Washing machine available ($5) that spun clothes really well so they dried quickly. Walking distance to Woolworths and Maccas for a quick breakfast.

When we moved a small table and spare chair there were a few leaves and cobwebs in the corners of the room .

I had a fantastic experience at the motel. The room was both spacious and cozy. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and breathtaking mountain views. The service was exceptional—staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The internet speed was excellent, which was a great bonus. The convenience of nearby major supermarkets made everyday needs effortless. Everything about my stay was excellent. Highly recommended!

Very convinient location - close to supermarkets and resturants. Friendly staff with a great knowledge of the local area. Room was spacious and clean. I put a special request about mattress, staff tried the best to make me stay confortable which make me feel being looked after. Highly recommended and definately will come back.

Only stayed one night whch was not enough to explore New Plymouth - a beautiful city.

Shower, towels and beds were great. Staff very helpful. Motel room was next to the road but noise wasn't a problem when doors and windows were closed

Not enough ventilation when cooking so smoke alarm went off quite easily. Fixed easily when door was opened to let in more of a breeze - staff had advised us of this when we arrived so it wasn't an issue

Great place to stay, the facilities were really good, they have thought of everything. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Lovely powerful shower. The staff were really friendly and helpful, providing a map of the area and information on where we could find restaurants and shops and local attractions. Great location. The motel is for guests only and not used as emergency accommodation for the homeless.
