It's a fairly modern accommodation. Straighforward check-in/ check-out process. Generous parking space and within easy drive to the city.

I've noticed strands of hair on the bed cover and on the floor which are obviously not mine. I noticed this on the afternoon of Saturday after I returned from my hike. I didn't realy pay too much attention to these sorts of things until that time as I had been busy with ticking off my to do list in New Plymouth. I also started noticing other stuff like dust gathering on a few surfaces (TV, stove top, etc) which I didn't think would have accumulated to that level during my 2 days stay. There was also a slight stain on the toilet bowl which I noticed on my first day but which I have ignored, assuming it may just be a permanent stain, etc. I am sure Paul the manager would have been more than happy to get these issues sorted but I was checking out the next day so I didn't bother. 😅

Well equipped room and nice outdoor area. We were only there for 12 hours and only used 1/3 of the beds, but the room had everything we needed and imagine it would've been great for a longer stay and with more people

Nothing, really. If I had to be super picky, I'd say it could be a bit noisy with the sound of the neighboring units. We only had 1 set of neighbours and they weren't particularly noisy, but we could hear them at times. Wasn't an issue at all, just pointing out the room isn't completely soundproof if that's what you're after.

The check in service was easy with instructions on how to contact staff. The one bedroom room was perfect for our family with children. Lots of space for the children to be comfortable including a gated outdoor small courtyard. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was great.

The carparking for the newer rooms could do with numbering. Unfortunately it would fill fast at night with the possibility of missing a parking spot. The bathroom was very cold during winter.

Really enjoyable. I booked my accommodation last minute and wouldn't usually spend this much to stay somewhere however the need was a must and I wasn't disappointed. Check in was simple, the room was clean and comfortable. The little courtyard was really cool and the kids could ride their scooters on the path and kick a ball on the grass. loved the functionality of the kitchen. Left something behind in the room, was informed before I even made it home and was sent and received in less than 24 Hours, Much appreciated!

The mirror in the bathroom on the wall sideways haha. The single beds in the bedroom for the kid would have been great however wasn't a huge deal just would have made it easier to get things done while the kids were in bed.

We had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated motel. The entire place was spotless. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. We booked a family room with a small garden, which was a fantastic choice. Sitting outside in the garden on a warm summer evening was such a relaxing experience. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a dishwasher made everything even more convenient.

The night can be a bit chilly; you may want a thicker blanket.

Good location, services and facilities.

Parking was a bit tight, mainly due to other large cars not parking in the middle of their parks. Also could hear the neighbouring unit which could have been an issue if had been later in the evening. Found the operation of the television didn't align with the written information. But pretty minor and well outweighed by all the good aspects.

Good location, clean serviced apartment, friendly people to deal with. Lots of space, room was set up nicely with TV that allowed you to watch from bed and from the chairs easily. Everything we needed to make food. Felt private and didn't feel like you would make to much noise for the neighbors.

I think a bed topper would make the bed more comfortable. I felt comfortable sleeping on the bed but the next accommodation we stayed at had a topper and elevated it, so that's more a suggestion not a criticism. Think it would have been good it the washing machine was free and there was a washing line to hang your stuff. ( can understand the dryer costing but would be good for washing machine to be free, or at least a way to get coins for washing machine on the premises).

Modern room, very clean, great location. Only thing missing is a spa or place to relax. We had the basic room ( last minute booking) and no chairs to sit outside. Early check in. Quiet at night but you can hear the people in the morning next door.

No reception and when I called to book directly there was no answer. Stayed two nights and we were not given more coffee and bed was not made. The tv is small and oddly placed.

Lovely clean and tidy good quality apartment, well maintained grounds and very organised hosts, a good amount of space and really liked that you have two doors between bedroom / lounge. Very close to everything, the beach, the mountain, supermarket, town centre.

Just being probably too picky I felt that the courtyard area could have a bit more personality - a tree, a coloured umbrella, just something to give a sense of homeliness and not too concrete.

Room has great facilities and very quiet. Love the TV with Sky

The bed was uncomfortable, I could hear the springs when I sat on the bed. Might be time to replace the mattresses. I stayed in room 1 which had beautiful black out blinds on the main window, but then the kitchenette window and door had no blinds which meant the morning sun shone in brightly. Not a big issue.
