I like staying at the Top 10 in N.P. Friendly helpful staff. Both times I have stayed it has been clean, beds are comfortable, love the pool! Nice that its warmed because pools in NZ can be freezing even in summer. I have stayed in 2 different units, both in which had everything I needed for the night. On this particular stay the staff were very accommodating with my booking and also made a special effort on check in which made my life alot easier having a 2.5 non verbal Autistic son.. Love that its in Fitzroy 💕 Will be back!

Not far from 5 star✨️ I like to write honest reviews with some constructive feedback for improvement It would be nice to have split systems in all rooms especially in summer having the sun heating them up - expensive setup but worth it in the long run, especially not having to supply Heaters on demand. I would rather have soft pillow than hard which they were but high so if they were a little thinner. Water filtration for drinking water in the kitchen. I hate buying plastic and don't mind most tap water but it had a very Grose mould taste and just couldn't stomach it This is a tip but ALL accomodation don't do it (at least not regularly)- roll the beds when cleaning, surprising what is found, do a quick vac.

Facilities were great and the kids loved the activities available, the pool, the playground especially interacting with other guests kids, the carts and bikes you can hire and basketball hoop. They really enjoyed their time there. And beach just down the road, Te Rewa Rewa bridge and beach walk, a very cool location and place to stay at low cost.

I didn't like that I had to get in the pool so my 5 & 7 year old could have a swim by hanging onto me cos pool was too deep for them... would prefer just lifeguarding from outside the pool haha The mini pool was too small for them but otherwise great place to stay for families. Will defs look to come back.

no breakfast supplied it is self catering pool very handy due to hot weather but not big and no shade from heat

Need fans or air conditioners in bedrooms and better layout could make rooms more usable and comfortable

The lay-out was more cramped than I expected, but that is more to do with my expectations than what the facility delivered. The staff were amazing and available at all hours. We had a great stay, thank you.

A few more towel racks in the bathroom would be great - a room that sleeps 4, with only 1 towel rack isn't brilliant.

This park was the cleanest park i think i have ever seen and i have stayed in many. Kitchen exceptional. Rooms and bathrooms well designed and clean. Helpful staff

It was perfect walking distance to a very nice pub the sporty bar and we were able to watch the all blacks

Next time we will get a bigger room as the bathroom was a little like a tiny home bathroom lol very very small, and that didn’t really sit well with my partner lol but the room was clean and the bed with comfortable.

Simple family cabin. Bit dated but clean and had everything you could need for a family. Bathrooms and showers were close and clean. Great activities for the kids (pool, playground, bikes)

Easy to find & close to the road into town. Friendly, helpful staff. Warm pool in June. Super close to the rink & beach (a nice 10 min walk) Awesome shower pressure.

Walls are a little thin or beds need rearranging as i could hear the neighbors having sex as we were eating dinner. Bed springs included. Had 2 rooms so "technically" 2 parks (only needed 1) but at times I couldn't use either due to being taken by other guests.

Lovely staff, good cooking facilities and lounge. They were very accommodating with timings for the spa and sauna. Rooms were clean and two rooms was just large enough for our large group.

The door on a cabin would lock itself when the door was closed too hard, so we had to keep the key on someone at all times. Got locked out once, but the staff were quick to help.

Ease of access. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. The amenities were clean And the location made it easy to get to Fitzroy beach and into the city of New Plymouth.

Nothing
