Penty of room and bathroom facilities excellent

The motel was absolutely amazing, especially for families! The two-room unit went above and beyond my expectations – plenty of space for my 3-year-old daughter, an amazing and bright bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and ample wardrobes. The staff were lovely and super friendly. They went above and beyond our expectations by surprising us with a cake and some balloons to celebrate my mother-in-law and husband's birthdays. I'll definitely be coming back again! 🌟

Good bed, clean and spacious room, nice and helpful lady in charge.

The room's are always up to date, close to the shop's, so only need to walk and get to the beach. I love how the room's are set up with bedding tv and couch including a well rounded kitchen and making it good value and comforting as well. Lovely host and staff who where more than helpful at anytime. Would definatly not regret staying here and is somewhere i look forward to staying everytime.

Larger sofa...more counter space in kitchen. Recommend putting a newer and smaller microwave on the wall in the kitchen to provide that extra counter space. A bigger shelf on the wall in shower to put your stuff in. And again..a few shelves on the wall to put all your bathroom stuff on. Little details like this make the customer experience that much more accommodating. Lastly the outside patio on the lower level does not provide privacy at all. Not nice.

A very clean comfortable motel with two bedroom units. The facilities were good offering everything for a pleasant stay. The owners were very friendly and lived onsite.

Well situated close to Paihia township, easy 6 minute walk. Roomy unit with everything we needed. Had a 1-bedroom unit which had a single bed in lounge and queen bed in separate bedroom. Dual-entry door to roomy bathroom. Friendly owner. Everything really good. Little back yard per unit on ground floor with patio table for smokers/vapers. Good sleep.

Slightly noisy neighbours in next-door units but they were having fun on Matariki. Good lighting in bathroom for the ladies. Easy parking. Loo didn't flush that great but that was the only very slight negative. Could use maybe one more mirror in bedroom for multiple guests getting ready to go out.

Our two-bedroom unit was spacious and suited our group. The unit was very clean with a well-equipped kitchen perfect for eating a meal in the unit. The sitting area was quite spacious with comfortable seating and a good TV. Although we arrived quite late this was no problem. We appreciated that the unit was cleaned daily. The motel is easy to access off a main road with a short distance to the many activities in the area. The hosts went out of their way on our departure and returned an item we had left behind. I would definitely stay in this motel again.

Only thing that would improve the unit would be air conditioning.

Host was welcoming, friendly and informative. Our room was clean, spacious and well serviced. The bathroom was a little dated but perfectly adequate and clean. If you wanted to be right in the centre of Paihia or have mobility issues then this probably wouldn't suit, but it is only a 10 minute walk to the i-site and there are restaurants and superettes nearby . Also most of the daily tour buses pick you up at the gate.
