This is not a complaint There were ants living where the electric jug was and they refused to share the cost I think this is poor form and you should kill them

We liked the room size and comfort. The shower was good. Location ok. Great parking facilities.

It was a little noisy as it had a door to the room next door, and they were very loud! The staff were pleasant, but didn't really tell us about the other facilities, you couldn't even get a coffee. We had travelled from the UK via Hong Kong, and were shattered on arrival, so we did sleep in most mornings, but on returning to our room later in the day, it had never been cleaned/bed made ~ just fresh towels left out. Overlooked by the close hotel next door too, and no net curtain, so we kept our main curtains closed most of the time.

I'm sorry I can't remember his name, my bad. However wonderful informative and helpful, with a lovely personality. Due to the fact it was my 60th birthday the staff where very sweet by leaving me a birthday card and bottle of wine after changing the towels etc, a pleasant surprise. I was touched by that thoughtful gift........doesn't happen often, just pure kindness 10/10.

Only a suggestion, and everything else was great however I would suggest at this time of year, dehumidifying the rooms before occupation, I surmise that it's from the heavy rains. I find after heavy rains and using my dehumidifier I negate condensation and dampness (I have an old wooden house).

Howie Wang the manager was amazing made our stay feel comfortable and did an amazing job considering he was the only person on at the time as workers had not turned up that day , excellent communication as well as let us check in earlier as had driven 11 hours drive to hotel , beautiful heart and soul and very happy bubbly energy made my family feel welcome ❤️

Pictures were same online but in person was a little run down but still beautiful place ,and beautiful manager , happily stay again.

The reception area is beautiful as well as the pool area, both were stunning. I loved the receptionist as he was so welcoming and friendly & he upgraded us to a beautiful spot.

The continental breakfast definitely needed a bit of work. The only warm thing was toast and croissants, the croissants were so stale and going cold. Cheese and ham to go with it, looked like it was just slapped on the plate. Paid $15 for continental but could have just went out for breakfast for the same price. Whole place just needs a whole lot of TLC. 3 times I needed to go through reception and 3 times the area was locked up and no one in there. Also, no music while breakfast was on to make the place feel more comfortable. I feel you’d definitely benefit from going to Copthorne for breakfast to get a basic idea of what people expect when looking for breakfast experience. Also, called reception 6 times and no one picked up. But thank you so much for housing us!

Clean comfortable room . Good undercover parking which was handy considering the inclement weather we experienced.

Accommodation suited convention participants rather than tourists. It was located a fair way from the town centre hence required vehicle access. No microwave or eating utensils. Nowhere to prepare meals. Breakfast was available but need to be booked in advance. Access to our room was up 2 flights of 7 stairs. Very awkward with luggage unless young and fit.

Staff were the best, The Male Host was so polite and accommodating to our needs and really flexible as we wanted to change rooms after requesting a certain room and he helped us no sweat, no extra charge. We didn't have to much to do with the Female host but she was super upbeat and lovely it really was a boost in energy just being around her. Also we added the breakfast option and it was everything you'd want except for eggs and bacon ;) so overall an amazing stay at an amazing establishment..... I fully recommend.

I wish my stay was longer and in summer....... the weather on the weekend we stayed was wet and very windy. but that's on us for choosing these dates.

Host was very friendly welcoming. Room was very clean and presented well. Free wifi.

The tv was not work and would not be working until another 3 days. We were only staying 1 night. Host was very apologetic. After a long day of driving. Realisation it would take time to find alternative accomodation at similar price so late in afternoon. Kept booking. Host did reduce room price by $10. We watched on our own phones. Would have been a much better experience if we could have relaxed and watched a programme together in the evening.

Was easy to find, Ritchy at reception was so nice and super helpful. Room was so big and parking available right outside the room.

Room was really dark, even with lights on. Shower drain was clogged. I was supposed to mention this before we left but forgot. We moved 2 of the smaller beds together to watch TV from downstairs and it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed under the beds in a long time. There were also cobwebs in the corners of the room. Wifi and reception is really bad from the far rooms. Wasn’t an issue for us but might be for someone else.

We really enjoyed staying here and wouldn't hesitate to come back. It's in a great location (easy walk to town, wharf and beach), has an awesome pool and the guy at reception was really friendly.

The only thing that could be better is the parking, if there were lines to show people where to park more cars could fit in. When we were there one person took up the space of two vehicles instead of parking closer to the car alongside which made fitting everyone in difficult.
