Fabulous location, easy walk to eateries and shops. Vivienne, our host was so friendly and cheerful. Plenty of room to relax with a great balcony for watching everything going on. Good shower.

Nothing really, the unit was a bit dated but clean and tidy so it didn't really show. I suspect the main bedroom in summer might be very very hot as it gets afternoon sun and the aircon is only in the living area.

Viv was absolutely amazing. Welcoming and super friendly. Was a nice intro into the pioneer. 1x Adults, 2x kids ages 13 and 11. We stayed in the penthouse on the 3rd floor. Amazing sea views, clean, spacious, comfortable beds and close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Everything you need, and more. Have stayed in multiple places in paihia, and this by far is the best. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Can't fault it

We loved the location - it was super close to town. We were able to walk to dinner. The actual premises was awesome! It was great having a nice hot tub to relax in. Having a room closer would've made our stay the best of the best. We also loved the room itself. Great facilities. Comfortable beds. Beautiful views. We loved everything! We also loved the hosts, very very helpful and kind.

That we weren't closer to the pools. That we couldn't stay longer. We can't wait to go back

I could not recommend this place more. Viv was incredible and lovely! She made the stay for a surprise group gathering 100x better by being so helpful and accommodating. Viv went over and beyond for us all. We arranged seem less early check in, the room and facilities were beyond expectations. Clean, affordable and central. 2 minutes or less walk to paihia central / ferry terminal. The rooms were tidy and the presentation was 10 star. The bathroom was incredibly clean and had the most amazing large shower and spa bath. The lounge area was homely and the kitchen and laundry had everything you could’ve needed.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The property has every comfort you could possibly need during your stay - even a BBQ for each room. it is impeccably clean and Viv really makes you feel welcome. Location is great - easy access to everything. Heated pools were such a bonus for our three year old to enjoy.

Great experience from start to finish. Met with a genuinely friendly greeting. Apartment was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. Never used the car as everything was in easy walking distance.

The location and apartment was very good, close to the spa, had a spa in the middle of winter under the stars. Nice quiet location close to shops restaurants and ferry,

The staff/owner was really nice and welcoming.The room was comfy and very cleqn..Loved the jacuzzi was great.I would defunately go agaun and i would refer people to stay there..

Only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the toilet hand basin was too close to the toilet..So bigger people either wouldnt fit,or would not be comfortable .I think the hand basins should be removed

Everything. I liked seeing other guests with their kids making use of the pool, spa pool. Room and facilities outstanding. Definitely recommend staying here.
